Be a part of UNF’s annual tradition celebrating health, wellness, and community spirit! Swoop the Loop 5K brings together students, alumni, faculty, and community partners for an unforgettable morning of running, networking, and fun. Hope to see you all there!

FREE Pilates Class
Kick off race day feeling strong, centered, and ready to run!
FIT as FIRE will host a free, 30‑minute mat Pilates class on-site, starting at 7:20 AM. The session wraps up just in time for participants to head to the 5K start line. Make sure to bring a yoga mat, as this interactive wellness experience is designed for all fitness levels.
Packet Pickup
Packets will be available at 1st Place Sports Baymeadows location on Friday, February 6. Unclaimed packets will be available at the Amphitheater on race morning starting at 6:30 AM.
Race Day Registration
Race day registration is available; however, shirt size selection is not guaranteed for race day registrants.
