5k Run Walk

Every step taken is a strike against the silent epidemic

This community-focused run/walk is more than just a morning of exercise; it is a movement to reclaim our collective health. By hitting the pavement together, we are raising a powerful voice for awareness and taking a stand against chronic non-communicable diseases. Whether it's diabetes, heart disease, hypertension or stroke, these conditions don't have to define our future. We invite you to lace up your sneakers, find your rhythm, and join a community dedicated to preventative action and the pursuit of a longer, more vibrant life
