We look forward to having you join us this year on Saturday, June 20th for the 11th Annual Lee Warren Queen City Century Bike Tour a benefit bike ride through the beautiful
Shenandoah Valley. The route will take riders West of Staunton, VA out into the countryside of Augusta County. The ride provides scenic vistas, county farms, small towns, and quiet rural roads. All the routes are paved and have low traffic volume.
The Century Route follows a clover leaf type pattern of four loops totaling 100 miles in distance.
The Metric Century Route follows a clover leaf type pattern for 100 km in distance.
The Half Century option will complete two of these loops, totaling 50 miles.
The Quarter Century option will complete the first loop, totaling 25 miles.
The best way to decide which group you'd like to join is to check out the loops on our website.
Pre-Registration will cost $50 per rider. Early Bird discount $40 through Dec 15th.
Day of registration will be $60, for all distances.
All riders will leave at 7:30am from the Sunspots Pavilion in Historic Downtown Staunton off of West Johnson St. Please note that we will start promptly on time so arrive with plenty of time to register and hear the pre-race instructions.

NOTE: All traffic regulations and laws must be observed. Helmets are required and must be worn for the entire length of the tour. All riders must ride to the right side of the road at all times. Parking for the Event:
We have two designated, open-air (non-parking deck) parking lots for riders. The first is located at Trinity Episcopal Church and the second at Central United Methodist Church.
We recommend either pulling into a temporary spot near the wharf to register, then heading to one of the parking areas OR finding your permanent parking spot, first, and then riding down to register
Please go to these lots IN ORDER:

The lots will have signs. If the first is full please proceed to the next parking area. If all of these are full, there should be street parking and parking in parking decks.
NOTE: Please DO NOT park in the wharf parking area - this is reserved for the farmer's market. Thank you for respecting their reserved parking area.

2026 Cal Tri Charlottesville - 8.30.26. Swim, bike and run in Charlottesville located in Central Virginia approximately 100 miles southwest of Washington, D.C. and 70 miles northwest of Richmond.
This race starts with a pool swim which is very beginner friendly for athletes who are testing the waters for the first time.
12 EVENT OPTIONS. 6 Sprint distance events (Triathlon, RunBikeRun, SwimBike, SwimRun, 400 yard Swim & 5K Run) and 6 Youth Sprint distance events (Triathlon, RunBikeRun, SwimBike, SwimRun, 400 yard Swim & 5K Run). Welcome to Valley Veterans Ride for Heroes! The Valley Veterans Ride for Heroes is a charity bicycle ride to raise funds dedicated to helping America's combat veterans and their families. All
fundraising goes to Boulder Crest Foundation, a therapeutic and wellness center which helps combat veterans and their families, enabling them to deal with the trauma of their combat experiences.
The 2026 Valley Veterans Ride for Heroes has three beautiful, scenic road routes ranging in length from a metric century, a 40 mile mid-distance, and a shorter 26 miles. You also have the option of riding with us as a virtual event anywhere in the nation, and we have a fundraiser discount for those who help us with our fundraising. Those who choose the fundraiser discount will be charged $25 at the time of registration and given the tools to raise funds between time of registration and when fundraising ends on September 19th. Fundraisers will be charged an additional $75 after registration closes, if they fail to raise the $100.
This year, we have a new t-shirt design which is included in the registration price. Be sure to select a t-shirt size when you register. T-shirts are guaranteed with registration up until August 18th. After that, shirts are provided based on availability. Virtual riders will have t-shirts mailed to participants if we have a valid home address.
The course will be physically marked and there will be rest stops and support along the routes. The routes are laid out so that you can choose to go further or shorter than the distance for which you registered.
We will start the Ride with opening ceremonies at 8:15.
