RACE START TIME: 1:00 p.m.

PARKING: Registration is at Nature Center: 2575 Indian Ripple Rd. Runners will need to park at the Russ Research Center parking lot at 2670 Indian Ripple Rd (across the street and a bit up the hill from the Nature Center).

COURSE: The course is 5.7 miles on trails.

REGISTRATION: Registration is available to all through RunSignup prior to the race. Online registration remains open until approximately 15 minutes before race start and can be done in-person at the race. Hard copy registration sheets are also available on race day if needed. Minors may be registered on RunSignup by a parent or guardian or in-person with a parent or guardian present to sign the waiver.

CHECK-IN: All participants must check-in before the race and attach their assigned timing chip to one of their shoes. Look for the table with the green tablecloth to get your chip.

We recommend you arrive at least one hour before the race to park, check in, and warm-up prior to the race start.

FEES:

All Current ORRRC Members Run for Free (Fee waived automatically when your RSU membership profile is used, or bring your card/proof of membership to the event)

Non-Members:

– $10 for ages 15 and up

– Free for ages 14 and under

Members, if you don't register through RunSignup, you absolutely MUST show proof of membership on race day to be eligible for the member fees! No exceptions!

AWARDS: First Overall Male/Female, First Male/Female Masters (40 and over), First Grand Master Male/Female (50 and over), First Senior Male/Female (60 and over) – Recipients of overall awards are not eligible for age group awards. Age group categories : 9 and under (non-competitive, all finishers are winners), 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & up.

ANIMAL POLICY: Due to our insurance coverage, animals are not permitted at any ORRRC event. The only exception is service dogs, which must be clearly identified. Persons with any other animals will be removed from the event (will not be issued a timing chip, and will not appear in results or photos). We thank you in advance for your cooperation!

    Location of start and finish is Faith Community Methodist Church 100 Country Club Dr Xenia Oh 45385. Start time is 9 am. Registration will begin at 7:30 am.

    Reach Out, a nonprofit free clinic serving uninsured and under-served individuals in the Miami Valley, is hosting a 5K run/walk at E.J. Nutter Park. The event is designed to raise awareness and support for our mission of providing no-cost medical care, diagnostic services, and health education to those who need it most. The event will be an out-and-back on the Creekside Recreational Trail. This event supports Reach Out’s mission to expand access to free, compassionate healthcare for vulnerable residents across the region. Funds raised will directly support clinical services, diagnostic testing, and community outreach.

    The Greene County FISH Food Pantry is holding the 1st annual Friends In Service of Humanity (FISH) 5K and 10K family-friendly run/walk, bringing neighbors together to end food insecurity in Greene County. Proceeds will be used by the food pantry in our fight against hunger.

    There is a continuous and ever-growing need for food among our neighbors. The pantry supports approximately 1200 families per month. In addition, on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month, we also provide services to over 130 of our nation’s veterans.

    EARLY BIRD RATE

    Register by May 20, to be guaranteed a race T-shirt and to access the early bird rate—$30 for adults / $5 for kids 10 & under.

    Price increases to $35 / $10 starting May 21.

    The race starts at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at the Xenia Station, 150 South Miami Ave. Race day check in and packet pickup will begin at 1:00 p.m. After the race, we’ll announce prizes for both the 5K and 10K races. Prizes will be for fastest male, fastest female and various age group categories, including youth and senior age groups. Light snacks and water will be available.
