  The Storehouse Stride 5K is a professionally timed community race welcoming runners of all experience levels. Whether you’re aiming for a personal best, returning to racing, or simply enjoying a well-organized event, the Storehouse Stride offers a quality race-day experience in a supportive atmosphere.

  • Start Time: 8:00 AM

  • Location: Gateway Park – Fort Worth, TX

  • Timing: Professionally timed by Cox Racing Services

  The Course

  The course takes place at Gateway Park and follows paved paths through a scenic setting. The route is designed to be smooth and runnable, making it enjoyable for both competitive runners and those newer to the 5K distance.

  Who Should Run

  This event is open to:

  • Runners of all levels

  • Walkers who wish to participate in a timed event

  • First-time 5K participants

  • Families and community members

  Participants are encouraged to race at their own pace and enjoy the experience.

  Registration Includes

  All registered participants receive:

  • Official Storehouse Stride 5K race shirt (register by March 31 to guarantee shirt size)

  • Finisher medal

  • Post-race refreshments

  Awards

  Awards will be presented to:

  • Top overall male and female finishers

  • Top Masters overall male and female finishers

  • Top three finishers in each age group division

  • Awards Ceremony: Immediately following the race

  Should we be worried about this month's theme...ADIOS PANTALONES? Although we say no pants allowed and we know how much you love to dress up for the theme, we are hoping you actually break the rules this month! Time to celebrate that delicious brew that tastes so good, you might lose your pants, prompting you to say, "ADIOS PANTALONES!"

  And remember - The monthly Rahr Brewing Company Running Club social run/walk is your training for the annual and "official" Rahr Brewing Company Oktoberfest 5K. Think of it as a social stroll or sprint that primes you for the main event, where running meets revelry!

  Social Run Includes: 3ish mile run/walk (untimed), led by our world-famous BEER PACERS, two (2) Rahr Brewing Company draft beers (must be 21+), pint glass, and breakfast tacos courtesy of That Taco Dude!

  SOCIAL RUN SCHEDULE: Check in opens at 8:00 AM and the group start is at 8:30 AM. If you miss the group start at 8:30 AM, you can still check in and run/walk, check in closes at 9:00 AM.

  8:00 AM: Check in opens for the social run/walk

  8:30 AM: “Group” Start (run with the group and awesome beer pacers!)

  9:30 AM: That Taco Dude starts slinging those hot and fresh breakfast tacos

  10:30 AM: Each month we’ll have games and/or a raffle with a chance to score some fun stuff, must be present to play and/or win.

  11:00 AM: Last call

  11:30 AM: Social run/walk ends

  SOCIAL RUN/WALK NOTES & TIPS:

  • All levels and paces are welcome. This event is untimed & always an awesome time!

  • We are always rain or shine!

  • Dogs are allowed on the patio at the Flying Saucer. Dogs must have tags, be on a leash and are only allowed in outside, in communal areas.

  • No refunds or transfers, once you are registered, you are registered!

  • Bring your ID!

  • Kids in strollers are always welcome and are always free.
