Set up a team and ask your co-workers, family and friends to join! Minimum of 4 team members to score as a team, but there is not a limit to how many members can be on a team. Click here for more info.
15K Wave Start information
Four Wave Start for 15K
Wave 1- 8:00 AM start
You must submit a qualifying time from an established race to register in Wave 1. You cannot change your seeded time once you register or register in waves 2-4 and then change your zone to wave 1.
Expected finish time must be under 1 hour and 30 minutes
You must be able to run faster than 10 minutes per mile
No Walkers in this wave!
There are 7 zones in Wave One. Runners will be placed into one of the colored zones (Yellow, Blue, Red, Green, Orange, Black and White) based on the qualifying time they submit during registration. You must submit a qualifying time of 10 minute/mile pace and faster during registration to qualify for this wave (Please note that selecting a 10 minute or faster pace will not qualify you for a seeded start unless you submit the qualifying information during registration). You may use last year's GRR time to qualify, but proof must be submitted at time of registration.
Please do not register for Wave 1 before you have qualified.

Wave 2 - Grey Zone- 8:05 AM start
Proof of qualifying not required
Expected finish time must be between 1 hr and 30 minutes and 2 hours
Expected pace per mile between 10 and 11 minutes

Wave 3 - Purple Zone - 8:10 AM start
Proof of qualifying not required
Expected finish time must be between 2 hours and 2 hours and 40 minutes
Expected pace per mile between 11 and 16 minutes
No Walkers in this wave
Wave 4 - Pink Zone - 8:15 AM start
Proof of qualifying not required
Expected finish time over 2 hours and 40 minutes
Expected pace per mile - Over 16 minutes
All 15K Walkers should be in this wave
Registration fees start at $55 for the 15K and $40 for the 5K PLUS processing fees which are now shown on the homepage in the total price. There is a $5 discount for ages 19 and under and 65 and older.
The age discount will be automatic when you enter an age that qualifies.
