2026 Peachtree City Youth Triathlon

Join us August 29th, 2026 for South Atlanta's premiere sprint triathlon event in Peachtree City, hosted by Tri-PTC. Swim in beautiful Lake Peachtree, bike on a gently-rolling course, and run along our famous golf path paths. This race is well-supported and in a prime location for you to fully enjoy this swim, bike & run experience, whether this is your first or 100th triathlon! All finishers receive t-shirts and medals. This is a not-to-miss event for your 2026 race season!

Join us on Monday, September 7th, 2026 for a spirited morning run that celebrates the hard work, resilience, and unity of our community. Whether you're chasing a PR, walking with friends, or just looking for a healthy way to start the holiday, the Labor Day 5K at the Avenue is the perfect way to honor the day.

Enjoy a scenic course, race-day energy, an opportunity to try ASICS footwear during the race, and post-run festivities including refreshments, music, and giveaways. All paces are welcome—runners, walkers, strollers, and pups too!

Get Ready for the

2nd Annual Peachtree City Dragon Boat Race & International Festival!

Join us on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Drake Field on Lake Peachtree in Peachtree City, GA, for a thrilling day of dragon boat racing and cultural celebration! Cancer-survivor, paradragon, age 50+, and other interested paddlers are encouraged to sign up!

Hosted by the 501c3 non-profit, Peach State Dragon Boat Academy, this small-boat fundraiser festival features fast-paced 200m races on the scenic waters of Lake Peachtree.

Teams will test their endurance and teamwork as they paddle for victory, navigating a high-energy course with a breathtaking lakeside backdrop. The festival isn’t just about racing—attendees will enjoy live entertainment, delicious food trucks, artisan vendors, and special events throughout the day.

One of the festival’s most meaningful moments will be the Cancer Flower Ceremony, honoring survivors and loved ones affected by cancer. Plus, the competition heats up with our trophies for Fastest Times of the Day, and our exciting Knock-Out Race, where the winning team will earn free registration for the 2027 event!

Whether you're paddling for fun, racing for glory, or cheering from the shore, this event promises an unforgettable experience.

The 2026 Peachtree City Classic is officially live and now accepting registrations for both our 5K and 15K events! Both courses are USATF-certified, with the 5K serving as a Peachtree Road Race Qualifier and the 15K proudly designated as an RRCA State Championship Event.

This year marks our 46th anniversary. Since its inception in 1981, the Peachtree City Classic has been a beloved tradition and cornerstone event in Peachtree City, Georgia, bringing runners together for decades of competition, community, and celebration.

Our courses truly showcase the best of Peachtree City. Runners will enjoy miles of scenic, paved golf cart paths that wind past lakes, through charming tunnels, over bridges, and alongside the city’s beautiful greenbelt areas. With nearly 80% of participants returning year after year, the Peachtree City Classic delivers an unforgettable race experience you won’t want to miss.
