1 Miles Walk

The Pink Cupcake Walk is back again this year in Uptown! You'll enjoy mini cupcakes from four local bakeries while walking laps around Charlotte Knights Baseball Field. You'll be supporting our partner Go Jen Go, a non-profit that provides financial assistance to families in the greater Charlotte area who are facing the financial burden of breast cancer.

No matter what local breast cancer charities you like to support, we are inviting everyone to this central location to join in a unique celebration to lift up local Survivors, Thrivers, and Fighters.

The Pink Cupcake Walk starts at 9:00am with gates to the field opening at 8:00am. Vendors will be open early to greet you.

Register today. Then, plan to join us at the baseball stadium in uptown Saturday, October 3 to make your laps around the Charlotte Knight's baseball field. As you make each lap, stop at a different bakery table for a delicious mini-cupcake. Molly Grantham is our emcee, and we'll have upbeat music to help us cheer on breast cancer Survivors, Fighters, and Thrivers.

Participants will receive: the 2026 Pink Cupcake baseball jersey, four mini cupcakes, and emails from Molly Grantham with updates and profiles on remarkable breast cancer Survivors, Thrivers, and Fighters in our community. All registered participants are automatically on #TeamMolly. We invite you and your friends to form a social team if you’d like to also have your own group!

Stick around after the walk and survivor lap to visit sponsors and grab a cold drink!

Thank you to our local bakeries, providing mini cupcakes: Kupkake Kouture, Dream Cupcakes, Sunshine's Southern Kitchen, and Dariela's Sweet Taste

A portion of your registration goes to Go Jen Go and additional donations provide critical financial support to local breast cancer patients. See the donate tab for more info. 100% of donations go to Go Jen Go.

Follow us on Facebook or Instagram for updates.

Dogs & Strollers

You may bring a stroller. You will need to use the elevator to get down to the field. There may be a wait for the elevator.

We love dogs but we cannot have pets at the event nor on the field for the walk. Please plan to leave your furry friends at home.

Children are welcome to take part in the walk. They need to pay if they want to enjoy the cupcakes on the field. If they are too young to enjoy the cupcakes, you do not need to register them.

Course Distance: 200 YARD SWIM – 8 MILE BIKE – 2 MILE RUN

TRIATHLON (Swim, bike, and run and relay option):

Swim: Your event kicks off with a 200 yard swim in the indoor pool of the Harris YMCA. Swimmers will be self seeded according to the swim ability chart. Volunteers will be on hand to assist with lining up for the swim. You will be provided with a swim cap if you choose to wear it. After the swim, you'll experience the exhilaration of exiting the pool to the sound of cheers as you make your way to the transition area.

Bike: The bike is 8 miles on a 2 loop course. The bike course showcases the beautiful South Park area of Charlotte. It begins with a nice downhill section on Quail Hollow Road. The bike course has 5 major right-hand turns and includes Gleneagles Rd, Park Rd, and Sharon Rd.

Run: The majority of the run course keeps runners on the YMCA campus and close to the spectators. It’s an out-and-back course that includes quiet neighborhood roads. The great thing is that you’ll be able to share the energy with your fellow athletes as you approach the finish line!

Finish line party: Celebrate with your family and friends and take in your accomplishment!

AQUATHLON (Swim 200 yards, Run 2 Miles, DONE!)

DUATHLON (Run 1 Mile, Bike 8 Miles, Run 2 Miles)

The mission of She Tris is to create a welcoming and supportive triathlon environment for women and girls who want to complete a triathlon, regardless of their level of experience.
