The Jordan Narrow 10K and 5K explores a scenic stretch of the Jordan River Trail from Bluffdale to Lehi — rewarding for runners of all levels! The Salt Lake City Track Club & the UTAH CRITS are thrilled to announce our 6th annual Salt City Mile & to introduce the inaugural Maple & Cheese Circuit 5k.

Both races will take place on the Utah Crits' closed course - creating such a fun atmosphere for runners!

Schedule:

• 7-10:30am: Bib pick-up for both the Maple & Cheese Circuit 5k & the Salt City Mile

• 8:30am: Maple & Cheese Circuit 5k

• 10am: Amatuer Women Crit Race

• 10:55am Salt City Mile

• 11am-4pm: Beer garden opens, live music, MORE Crit Racing!

The 9/11 Heroes Run 5K welcomes runners, ruckers, and walkers of all ages and fitness levels to honor the heroes of 9/11 and those who've served our nations since. We activate & unite communities and empower local veterans, active duty, first responders, and families of the fallen.

TMF is proud to partner with GORUCK again with rucking divisions at every run. Rucking is a sport based on special forces training in which participants walk or run while carrying weighted rucksacks.
