Individuals: Lap 1 burpee into broad jump, Lap 2 Lunges, Lap 3 bear crawl, Lap 4 run

Team: Lap 1 (participant 1) 100 yards burpee into broad jump, 100 yards lunges, 100 yards bear crawl, 100 yard sprint

Lap 2 (participant 2) 100 yards burpee into broad jump, 100 yards lunges, 100 yards bear crawl, 100 yard sprint

Lap 3 (participant 3) 100 yards burpee into broad jump, 100 yards lunges, 100 yards bear crawl, 100 yard sprint

Lap 4 (participant 4) 100 yards burpee into broad jump, 100 yards lunges, 100 yards bear crawl, 100 yard sprint

All individuals will start at 1315, Teams will start at 1330.

• The kid's dash is a fun, untimed dash for our kiddos ages 10 and under. Registration includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a specifically crafted medal for our kids' dash event! (If your child wants to run the kid's dash, and doesn't want the SWAG, they are welcome to run with us on race day for free!)

The Horning Hawks Run is a fun, feel-good community event honoring the history and legacy of Horning Middle School—and it’s open to current and former students, staff, families, and community members.

Held on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at Horning Middle School / Banting Park in Waukesha, the event features age-based options so everyone can join in:

• Half Mile for grades 1–5 (9:00 AM)

• Middle/High School 3K for grades 6–12 (9:15 AM)

• Open 3K Hawk Walk/Run for college-aged participants and adults (9:45 AM).
