Pirates Charities Family Walk

benefitting local Mental Health programming

Registration is now open for the fifth-annual Pirates Charities Family Walk!

In an effort to encourage mindfulness and to combat the stigmas surrounding mental health, Pirates Charities invites our fans, along with their friends and families, to join us and our players, coaches and their families at PNC Park as we walk in support of improving our community’s mental health.

This unique experience will take participants throughout the best ballpark in America, enjoying unparalleled views of the city and end together on the field to soak in a truly unique and memorable moment. Following the walk, registrants can join us on the Highmark Riverwalk for a carnival-like experience and the chance to engage with local non-profits offering mental health resources.

If you register as a group of four (4) or more, you will receive a $5 discount per registrant!

To show the importance of coming together to combat the ongoing mental health crisis in our community, we encourage you to register as a Team! The three largest teams will be announced during the pre-walk ceremonies and our largest team will brought up on stage for a group photo!

PLEASE NOTE: Complimentary parking will NOT be provided for attendees of this year's event due to lack of inventory as a result of on-going construction on the North Shore. Guests are encouraged to utilize available parking options in and around the North Shore and Downtown areas.

Come hang with Fleet Feet Pittsburgh on Global Running Day, run or walk a fun 3.1 miles and stay for an epic post-race party.

To focus on celebrating all the things that we love about running and walking -- high-fives, endorphins and good vibes with good friends -- this event will be untimed.

Come for the fun of getting out and moving, stay for the food trucks and games!

Kids of STEEL is coming to a park near you this summer! MOVE with us at four different local parks. Each camp session will be full of fun, fitness games, and much more to keep you active and smiling this summer!

Each session is FREE and limited to the first 100 participants ages 6-13.
