The Fast Eddie 50k/5k is a 5k, 50k, and ultra event held on Saturday, November 15, 2025. It is located in Town of Delafield, Wisconsin.
EXPERIENCE a beautiful prairie run at Lapham Peak State Forest with a trail lined with flowers. Run on grass hiking and mt. bike trails, in the prairie that requires a burn to keep it well-managed on the WEST side of Hwy C. First 100 participants will receive a short sleeve t-shirt and an award for run winners. Feel the Burn is the major fundraiser for Lapham Peak State Forest prairie management. There will be day of registration at the new Lapham Lodge in the Evergreen parking lot. Please pick up your award in the Lodge shortly after you finish or when results are posted. Park merchandise and prairie plant seeds will be available for purchase, and we are planning a food truck. Wisconsin State Park sticker or $10 special event fee required.

Race Description
Join us on October 31th, 2026, for a scenic run through the Southern Kettle Moraine Forest on the historic Ice Age Trail. Participants can choose between 100k and 50k distances. Each finisher will have the opportunity to brand their wooden medal on-site, with the option to have their finishing time burned on the back. Enjoy the stunning fall colors and be part of this memorable event.

Race Course
The 100k and 50 races will both start at DJ Mackie Campground, situated on the Scuppernong trails. Participants will navigate the green loop of the Scuppernong trail and proceed to join the Ice Age Trail westward to Emma Carlin. The 50k runners will turn around at Emma Carlin, while the 100k runners will continue on to Whitewater. Buena Tierra Run Club emerged from a simple revelation. After co-founder Patrick ran through Chicago's Latino Pilsen neighborhood, he knew Milwaukee needed a space where Latino runners could gather, celebrate, and reshape the health narrative in their community. Founded in November 2023, what started with seven people at a first run has grown into a movement of more than 250 runners. Now they gather regularly at Milwaukee's Zócalo Food Park, building a community bound by movement, pride, and the spirit of the Southside. Every run is free and open to all, a chance to inspire the next generation and rep Milwaukee in a way that truly speaks to you.
