The Mind Space 1-Year Anniversary 5K is a celebration of everything Mind Space represents mental health advocacy, movement, and community connection.
This event brings together runners, walkers, local organizations, and community partners to create a high-energy morning focused on wellness, recovery, and showing up for yourself and others.
Whether you're running the 5K, walking the 1 Mile, or simply coming to support the movement, this event is designed to bring the Rio Grande Valley together.

🚶♀️ 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk: 7:10 AM
🌅 Arrival Recommendation:
Please arrive by 6:30 AM to allow time for parking, stretching, and warm-up activities.
Registration Fees
5K Run: $30
1 Mile Run/Walk: $15
👕 T-Shirt Deadline: May 1st
