Glendale Runners launched in November 2024 when two certified coaches noticed a gap in their city's running landscape: there were simply no weekday morning run clubs in Glendale. Built on a philosophy of free community wellness with zero fees or barriers, the crew welcomes around ten runners to Adams Square Mini Park every Tuesday at 07:00. The coaches split participants by pace and skill level, creating an inclusive environment that works for everyone, whether you're chasing a personal record or rediscovering your running rhythm before work. After each 4.2-mile run, runners drift toward Kafn Coffee or head straight into their day, knowing they'll be back next Tuesday.

Koreatown Run Club started in 2017 when its founder returned from Haiti with a vision. A work trip had shown him the transformative power of running for community, and back in Los Angeles, he and Michael decided to build something similar in Koreatown. What began as a mission to connect people through running has grown into a movement of around 400 members spanning diverse backgrounds across the city. The club's philosophy is simple yet profound: running is a vehicle for real connection. Every Tuesday and Thursday evening, members gather at Wilshire and Oxford, with track sessions at LACC and Saturday morning runs rounding out the week. At Koreatown Run Club, every session is open and every pace is welcome, proving that the most meaningful friendships are the ones built on shared streets and shared commitment.
