Crush Challenge: the ultimate food, wine, and cycling event in Napa Valley!

Meet at 8:00 a.m. at the Veterans Memorial Park in Yountville to check in and enjoy light refreshments, with a 9:15 a.m. start time. Experience the beauty of Napa Valley on a private cycling excursion with either an 18- or 28-mile route option that will depart from Veterans Memorial Park in Yountville.

Please note that this year there will not be a barrel tasting or wine tasting at ZD Wines. We will instead have a modified rest stop featuring non-alcoholic refreshments.

Following the ride at the North Yountville Park, indulge in the all-inclusive Food & Wine Garden with live music paired with delicious food and wine from Napa Valley restaurants and wineries to round out the afternoon.

All routes are ‘rules of the road’ rides, being on open public roads, including along picturesque Highway 29 and Silverado Trail. We utilize the California Highway Patrol for awareness purposes, as well as course marshals to help keep this event safe and fun. We recommend cyclists have previous ride experience or join us for our Food & Wine Garden instead.

Note: Route distances subject to change; lengths may show variation depending on which tracker you use.

100% of net proceeds benefit: UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center and Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley.

    Sun, Sep 27, 2026 at 9:00 AM

Tri to Inspire, formerly the DJFE Triathlon Race Series, was created to introduce the sport of triathlon to the Sonoma County community in a welcoming, inclusive way. This short-distance event is

open to all abilities and is ideal for first-time triathletes and families looking to experience a fun, supportive race environment together.

Athletes may choose between two distance options. The Mini Sprint includes a 100-yard pool swim, a 3-mile bike, and a 1-mile run. The Sprint distance features a 400-yard pool swim, a 9-mile bike, and a 3.1-mile run. Tri to Inspire is a non-competitive, untimed event designed to help participants complete their first triathlon—or simply enjoy the experience without pressure. More experienced athletes are also encouraged to participate and will find a positive, community-focused atmosphere. The race begins with a pool swim at the Finley Aquatic Center, followed by a flat, family- and beginner-friendly bike and run course along the Santa Rosa Creek Trail.

Each athlete’s registration includes a custom finisher medal, swim cap, and athlete goody bag. Proceeds benefit Inspiration Sports Foundation, a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting youth in Sonoma County through sports camps and fitness-based programs.
