Run The River Spring challenge offers a 5km, 10km and half marathon

Join us for the spring version of Run the River and choose from 5km, 10km or a half marathon.

The race starts and finishes at Louise McKinney Riverfront park with all routes following the river valley pathways. We have partnered with River Valley Adventure Company who will be providing you with a post race BBQ (included in your entry fee). Beer and other beverages are available for purchase.

The legendary kids events will happen in the grassy area right near the start/finish line.

This is a family 2KM walk and 5KM run to raise awareness about sexual violence in our community.

Saffron Centre is a non-profit charitable organization working to support the healing and empowerment of those who have been affected by sexual violence. Delivering sexual assault services since 2000, we are a dedicated team committed to creating a community free from sexual violence where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

All proceeds will go to Saffron Centre's counselling, education, and justice programs and services to bring hope and healing for those impacted by sexual violence.

Please note: Participants registered on or before April 19 are guaranteed a race t-shirt. Registrations received after this date are not guaranteed a shirt.
