Join us for a no‑pressure triathlon training day designed for every athlete—whether you’re gearing up for a 70.3, an Olympic distance, or just want to tackle one or two disciplines. Swim, bike, and run at your own pace with zero expectations and no medals—just you, your goals, and a supportive community. All swimmers must use a buoy, and while the day is self‑supported, the club will provide on‑course nutrition and bike support to keep you moving strong. It’s the perfect chance to train, test your limits, and enjoy the journey.
