  Packets may be picked up between 7 AM and 7:45 AM at the race site on June 20th.

  Registration

  Before June 14th, the fee is $30 and after June 14th, it's $35.

  Entries received after June 14th cannot be guaranteed a T-Shirt on race day.

  Awards

  Results will be tabulated immediately following the race, and the awards will be handed out at the City Park. Overall male and female RUNNER and 1st , 2nd and 3rd places for each division of the run and WALK will be recognized with a medal.

  Age Divisions for the run and walk are as follows:

  14 and under 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+

  Medals to top three finishers in each division for Father and son or Daughter team!!!

  CHI Health Mercy Corning and Lake Icaria are teaming up to put on the 3rd Annual TimberTri Sprint Triathlon at Lake Icaria in Corning, IA. The triathlon includes a 600-meter swim, a 14 mile bike ride and a 5K run, making it an excellent challenge for athletes of all levels. The beautiful scenery of Lake Icaria adds to the experience, as participants swim in the clear waters of the lake, bike through the picturesque countryside, and run along the scenic park trails.
