    RIDERS CHECK-IN TIME: 6:00 - 8:00 AM CHECK-IN CLOSES AT EXACTLY 8:00 AM

    All riders must provide a personal ID as a deposit for the timing chip, which will be returned upon return of timing chip.

    DIRECTIONS BY CAR FROM NYC: Follow GPS to 800 Kanawauke Rd, Stony Point, NY 10980.

    Take exit 14 from Palisades Pkwy, turn left to Willow Grove Rd. Enter from Kanawauke Road.


    COMMEMORATIVE JERSEY: Riders who registered by August 21 are guaranteed an event jersey. For those registering after this date, jerseys may still be available while supplies last.

    BIB NUMBERS:

    Each rider will get two bib numbers. Place them on the top of your jersey’s lower pockets and secure with the provided pins so your number is clearly visible at the finish line, helping to avoid any disputes at the finish line.


    IMPORTANT RACE INSTRUCTIONS:

    • Stay to the right of the double yellow divider line on the racecourse at all times. Failure to follow may result in disqualification from the race.

    • At the finish line, on the right-hand side, there will be a lap counter sign. Each runner must pay close attention to the number of laps required for their category.

    • A lapped runner crossing the finish line must clearly state their bib number to the official responsible for recording arrivals.

    INDICACIONES PARA LLEGAR EN VEHICULO DESDE NUEVA YORK: Siga las indicaciones del GPS hasta 800 Kanawauke Rd, Stony Point, NY 10980. Tome la salida 14 desde Palisades Pkwy, gire a la izquierda en Willow Grove Rd. Entre por Kanawauke Road.


    SUETER CONMEMORATIVO:

    Los ciclistas que completen su inscripción hasta el 21 de agosto tienen garantizado un jersey oficial del evento. Quienes se inscriban después de esa fecha podrán recibir un jersey hasta agotar existencias.

    NÚMEROS DE DORSAL:

    Cada ciclista recibirá dos números de dorsal. Deben colocarse en la parte superior de los bolsillos inferiores del jersey y asegurarse con los ganchos proporcionados, de manera que el número sea claramente visible en la línea de meta, ayudando a evitar cualquier disputa en los resultados.


    REGLAS DE LA CARRERA:

    • Manténgase siempre a la derecha de la doble línea amarilla divisoria en el circuito. No respetarla puede resultar en la descalificación de la carrera.

    • En la línea de meta, a la derecha, habrá un contador de vueltas. Cada corredor debe prestar mucha atención al número de vueltas requerido para su categoría.

    • Al cruzar la línea de meta, un corredor rezagado deberá indicar claramente su dorsal al oficial encargado del registro de llegadas.

    NYC Cup 2026 Champion Jersey

    REGISTRATION

    Day-of registration for any field that is not sold out begins 1.5 hour before and ends 20 minutes prior to your field start time. You need to have your UCI or USAC license active to register. An additional $15 late fee applies for day-of registration. Please sign up online to expedite the registration process and avoid potential errors. If you have a timing chip from another race, please keep it on your bicycle.

    You can transfer your registration at BikeReg for free to someone else. If you need to cancel, please notify the organizer in advance.

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    Riders must stay to the right of the double yellow line at all times.

    Please pull off the course upon the request of race officials or the pace moto.

    Keep the road clear while waiting for your field's start.

    Start at Lake Welch parking lot.

    Finish at Lake Welch Parkway by parking lot entrance

    NUMBERS:

    Bibs must be pinned on the RIGHT side of the rider’s jersey. Incorrect placement of numbers may result in incorrect/missing results.

    AWARDING CEREMONY:

    Starts about 15 minutes after Cat123 finish - around 1.30PM by Lake Welch boardwalk (between triathlon finish line and transition). So, you can enjoy watching race finish and even watch triathlon finish.

    Racers must be present at the podium ceremony to receive prizes. Racers not present will forfeit their prizes.

    RESULTS:

    Will be posted on Road-Results.com and the USA Cycling website, usually within 48 hours.

    COURSE:

    Steep downhill from the start, then rolling hills at Tiorati Brook rd, then flat and smooth at Seven Lakes Drive and slight uphill before finish. Strava Segment is here. GPX can be downloaded here. Please arrive in advance to get familiar with new race course and setup. The course remains open to the public and is controlled by signage, cones, and marshals at key locations.

    FEEDING ZONE: Located just after the St. Johns Rd intersection on laps 3–5 (40.5-mile mark). Trash drop is located after the finish line, beyond the barriers, 5 minutes ride from feeding zone. Our volunteer will be handing out water. Anyone else who would like to provide their own water or gels is welcome to do so. Access via Kanawauke Rd. Please park on the street by St. Johns Church and walk to the feeding zone. No parking is allowed on Lake Welch Parkway.

    SUGGESTION: after finishing your race keep left to return back to the parking lot

    Everyone is welcome to help but all vehicles on the race course must be registered. Support vehicles may follow the group of cyclists without interfering with the race.     DIRECTIONS:

    By car: Follow GPS to 800 Kanawauke Rd, Stony Point, NY 10980.

    Take exit 14 from Palisades Pkwy (comes unexpectedly right after 13), turn left to Willow Grove Rd. Enter from Kanawauke Rd and park closer to Lake Welch beach.

    Rideshare: Carpooling. It’s as easy as it sounds – sharing a ride with others is a smart way to go. Learn more about carpooling at 511nyrideshare.org which can provide some help getting you to Harriman State Park.

    Taking train then Riding bicycle: Take PATH train to Hoboken and transfer to MNBNP train to Sloatsburg station. Ride on Seven Lakes Drive 5.7mi and turn to Lake Welch Pkwy for another 3.1mi.

    NOTES:

    The race course is open for cars. The lead-out motorcycle will ensure your way is safe. Please be careful anyway.
