    • 8:45 a.m. Kids' Super Dash - Free race for kids - No registration needed.

    • 9:00 a.m. Start Time: 5K Superheroes take off!

    Frequently Asked Questions

    1. What does my registration include? All registrations placed before April 5th will receive our Superhero 5K T-shirt.

    2. Can kids do both the Kids' Super Dash and the full 5K? Yes!

    3. When does registration close? Registration will close at midnight, Friday, April 17th. PLEASE NOTE: T-shirts are not available if you register after April 5th.

    4. Can I register in-person? This event is online registration only. Need help signing up? Email info@voiceforclintoncountychildren.org

    5. Will there be a Superhero Costume Contest? YES!

    6. Can I pick up my t-shirt and bib before race day? No, pickup will be held on race day morning only, starting at 8:00 am.

    7. Can I bring my dog? We adore our furry friends! For the comfort of all participants, we welcome service animals only, please.

    8. What if I want to make an additional donation? (Thank you!!) When you complete your registration, there is an option to make an additional donation to our organization.

    9. Are there awards? Yes awards will be given to the 1st and 2nd place in the categories Men 18+, Women 18+, and Under 17 (combined men and women)

    This event is a fundraiser for the Voice for Clinton County's Children, Child Advocacy Center, and CASA Program. Due to the nature of the event and the costs associated, there are no refunds for this event. Thank you for understanding.

    Join Giving Paws during our 2026 Dog Daze of Summer Event at Uncle John's Cider Mill supporting our nonprofit agency's mission of service!!

    Dog Daze of Summer Activities from 9:00 until 3:00 (this will be updated as plans are finalized!)

    • All Paws on the Ground 5K, Walkers, Runners and Fur Babies on a leash are WELCOME (see details below for race times)

    • WAG-tastic Vendors

    • BARK-tastic Family Friendly Scavenger Hunt

    • DROOL-tastic Pup Cup Station

    • UPDog Frisbee Challenge with Leashed Favorite Dog Club (more information soon!)

    5K Schedule

    • 8:00 a.m. Registration OPENS including bib and shirt pick up

    • 8:45 a.m. Young Pups Kids' Dash for kids of all ages (not timed)

    • 9:00 a.m. Full 5K Start Time

    5K Need to Know

    • All registrations for the Young Pups Kids' Dash and the full 5K include a race t-shirt, sponsor giveaways and access to Dog Daze of Summer event activities (see above)! Shirts are guaranteed with entry thru July 30th, supplies available as they last after that date.

    • Families who register 3 or more people at the same time receive a $5/person discount.

    • The 5K course will be within the beautiful Uncle John's Cider Mill farm!

    • Dogs on a leash are welcome to participate with their human(s)!

    • We reserve the right to ask for pups to visit another time if they are having a rough time.

    • All Young Pups Kids' Dash who are under the age of 18 AND fur baby pups will receive a participation medal!

    • There will be medals for chip timed runners/walkers, the top 3 men and women in six age categories!

    • There will not be an awards ceremony, medals will be awarded when the race is done.

    • This is a fundraiser for our nonprofit agency; there will not be refunds; we appreciate you understanding!

    Donate and Run for FREE

    If you would like to support our nonprofit and get a free entry to the race donate $100. When you register for the race your entry will be free! Simply Sign Up and follow the steps to register and on the donation screen enter $100. ($30 discount applied during checkout. Free entry valid until July 30th, then it's a $30 discount off a $100 donation) Donation discounts for donations of $75 and $50. Any donation amount is appreciated. Thank you for your support!

All three races will take place on Uncle John's farm, with panoramic views of the apple orchards. The 5K course is fully off-road, making it the perfect cross country experience for runners and walkers of all ages! And when you finish, Uncle John's cider and donuts will be waiting for you at the finish line!
