The 13th Annual Every Boob Counts 5K Run/Walk promises to be a fun, spirited event. Run or walk on this certified course at South County Regional Park in Boca Raton in honor or memory of someone who has been impacted by breast cancer. Proceeds to benefit Sharsheret and other community outreach programs to increase breast cancer awareness, promote the importance of early detection and provide support and resources to those in our local community. Lots of race day festivities for the entire family to enjoy. Race t-shirts guaranteed to the first 800 registrants and finisher medals guaranteed to the first 800 registrants. Shirt sizes first come, first served and not guaranteed.

​The 40th Annual Delray Beach Turkey Trot 5K, a cherished local tradition, is set to kick off the Thanksgiving festivities on Saturday, November 21, 2026. Starting and finishing at the beautiful Anchor Park on the oceanfront, this event provides one of the most scenic 5K courses in South Florida. Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are invited to participate in this fun and festive morning, enjoying the invigorating Atlantic breeze and the stunning backdrop of the Delray Beach shoreline. It's the perfect pre-holiday outing to embrace fitness and community spirit before the big feast.

​The Turkey Trot is designed to be a great event for everyone, from competitive runners aiming for a new personal best to families looking for a spirited morning walk. All registered participants are guaranteed to receive a comprehensive race packet that enhances the experience. This includes a personalized race bib (often with an RFID timing chip for official timing), a stylish event shirt to commemorate the 40th anniversary, and a truly beautiful, custom finisher medal—a keepsake to reward every person who crosses the finish line.

Best Leg Day Ever!

Join us for our 17th Annual Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk – it's become a local tradition! On Thursday, November 27, “Turkey Day,” we invite the whole family flock to run, walk or trot. The race also features a Youth 1 Mile Fun Run; all racers will enjoy refreshments following the race.

The first 2,000 participants to register will receive a dri-fit t-shirt and the first 2,000 finishers receive a commemorative medal.

We have reached capacity with 2,200 participants, registration is now closed. We cannot accept race day registration.

Proceeds from the Paul Markhoff Racing with the J 5Ks benefit the Levis JCC programs and services utilized by children and families in our community.

• Top 3 overall Schwedelson Special Needs 5K

• Collectible finisher medals to the first 1700 5k participants

• All kids will receive a medal for the 1 mile fun run

Parking

All park entrances to South County Regional Park will close at 7:00 am due to road closures. The only entrance that will remain open will be the Glades Rd. entrance. Please see parking map above under Parking Information.

Race will take place rain or shine. No rain date. Strollers are allowed. Shirt sizing is not guaranteed.
