Hosted at Key Farms, Carrollton, GA

    June 20, 2026 | Registration Launches March 15!

    In Collaboration With: 3:16 Healthcare

It’s time to trade in the work boots for tennis shoes! Join us at Key Farms for the 3rd Annual Testicle Festival & Farm Run 5K. We’re turning the back pastures into a race track for one of Carroll County's most unique—and important—events of the year.

This isn't just about the miles; it’s about the men in our community. We’ve teamed up with 3:16 Healthcare to provide a space where "checking under the hood" is easy, free, and surrounded by family fun.

    The Main Events

The Farm Run 5K: A rugged, scenic cross-country course. Compete for overall and age-group medals!

The Family Fun Run: A shorter, high-energy dash perfect for kids and casual walkers.

The "Health Zone": Take advantage of FREE PSA screenings and Blood Pressure checks provided by 3:16 Healthcare. It’s the most important "pit stop" you’ll make all year.

Festival Fun: Stick around for food trucks, local vendor booths, and inflatables for the kids.

    Registration & Pricing

Mark your calendars! Registration officially opens March 15. Save money by signing up early!

    Frequently Asked Questions

    • What exactly is a "Testicle Festival"?

While the name is lighthearted, our mission is serious! It’s a men’s health awareness event designed to remove the stigma around screenings. We celebrate health, fitness, and proactive care in a fun, farm-style atmosphere.

    • How do I sign up for the PSA Screening?

Screenings are provided on-site by 3:16 Healthcare. You can sign up for your free PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) test and blood pressure check during the registration process or at the health tent on the day of the event.

    • Is the 5K stroller-friendly?

Since this is a cross-country course through Key Farms, the terrain can be uneven. "All-terrain" or jogging strollers are welcome, but be prepared for a bit of a bumpy ride!

    • What do the winners get?

For the 5K, we award medals to the top overall male and female finishers, as well as winners in specific age groups.

    • Are there items for purchase?

Yes! We will have a local food truck on-site serving up post-race fuel, and several vendor booths featuring local businesses and crafts.

Ready to take a stand for men's health? Bring your friends, your family, and your competitive spirit. Let’s run and celebrate together!

The course is marked with directional signs and mile markers are provided every two miles.

Run Course: The 5 kilometer run course is a loop design with the first mile taking place around the park lake on a flat, paved trail. You will finish across the paved road on the lake dam.

All Aquabikers start in the time trial swim start and complete the same swim and bike course as the triathletes. After completing the bike course, athletes should rack their bike and exit transition with the runners (opposite the bike in and out) and go around transition to the finish line. Aquabikers will find a green wrist band in their packets to be worn during the race to help distinguish you.

We're back for our 11th year! Lucky Number Seven:

The Carrollton Half Marathon & Half Marathon Relay

    The AMP, Carrollton, GA

DON'T GET LEFT AT THE STARTING LINE!

The Carrollton Half Marathon has become a local legend, one of Georgia's premier half marathons, and this race sells out every single year. We have a firm runner cap to keep the course scenic and safe—once the spots are gone, they are gone! Register early to lock in your spot, your shirt size, and the best pricing.

Experience the magic of seeing the sun peek over Lake Carroll as you tackle our scenic 13.1-mile course. With a route that winds through the heart of the city and finishes on a glorious, flat stretch of roadway, this is a race designed for a "strong finish" with great spectators bringing you home every step of the way.

Why This Isn't Just Another Race

The Course: Start and finish in the historic Adamson Square. You’ll glide past the water and through the shaded, rolling hills of the Carrollton GreenBelt.

The Vibe: We don't just hand you a medal and send you home. Our post-race atmosphere features music, entertainment, and a food & drink spread that makes those 13.1 miles feel like a warm-up for the party.

The Swag: Every runner (individual or relay) gets the "Goodie Trio": a premium Carrollton Half Marathon t-shirt, a heavy-duty finisher’s medal, and those all-important tickets for free food and drinks.

    The Cause:

Every step you take benefits The Carrollton Greenbelt and The Community Foundation of West Georgia. This foundation helps fund many projects in the Carrollton and Carroll County area.

New for Year 7: The Corral Start!

To make your race morning smoother, safer than ever, and to account for an expanded race field, we are introducing Starting Corrals! No more weaving through crowds or dodging elbows in the first mile.

How it works: When you register, you’ll provide your Expected Finish Time. We will then group you with other runners of a similar pace. Your bib will display your assigned corral (A, B, C, etc.), ensuring that everyone starts with plenty of "elbow room" and can find their rhythm immediately. Whether you’re a sub-90-minute speedster or a steady-paced scenic cruiser, you’ll have the perfect spot at the start line!

    Race Day Schedule

7:00 am: National Anthem (Get ready for Goosebumps)

    7:10 am: Push Chair Start

    7:15 am: Official Race Start

9:45 am: Post-Race Fun at the finish line and awards

10:45 am: Race course officially closes

    Accessibility & Inclusivity

We believe everyone belongs on the course. If you are an athlete with a disability or special needs, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We’d love to chat about how we can make your race day seamless and spectacular.
