Get ready to ROCK & RUN!!! 🤘 Join us on May 24th, 2026, for Ste Anne's third annual Rock & Run event!

Rocking our way to the finish line! This year’s Rock & Run is in support of mental health—breaking the stigma and finding strength in every step.

Proceeds for 2026 will be going towards supporting The Robb Nash Project, an incredible organization focused on youth mental health through music and storytelling.

1KM Kids Run, 5KM Family Fun Walk/Run, and 10KM Run

Whether you're new to running or an experienced enthusiast, there's something for everyone! It's a fantastic opportunity to bring our families together, stay active, and join as a community to raise funds for mental health.

• 8:00 AM – Event Opens

• 8:30 AM – 1KM Kids Run

→ Top finisher prizes + bonus prize draws for all kids — be sure to stick around!

• 9:00 AM – 10KM Run, followed by the 5KM Family Run

• 10:30 AM – Prize & Award Ceremony for 5KM and 10KM Runners
