Farm & Forest All- Terrain 5K & Hog Wild Kids Fun Run

We are pleased to present TriRidgefield and DuRidgefield. First held in 2007, the races wind their way through the bucolic countryside of Ridgefield, Connecticut. There will be a Sprint Triathlon, consisting of a half-mile swim in pristine Great Pond, a rolling 13-mile bike ride, and a challenging 5K finishing run. For you non-swimmers, we will also have a Sprint Duathlon held concurrently with the Tri, consisting of a 2-mile run, followed by the same 13-mile bike ride, and finishing 5K run.

NOTE: For registrations received after May 1, we cannot guarantee you will receive a shirt.

This festive event kicks off at the iconic Bruce Museum, with the 1-Mile Run starting at 8:00 AM and the 5K beginning at 8:30 AM. Whether you’re running, jogging, or strolling, participants of all ages and abilities are welcome to enjoy a scenic course in Bruce Park and a spirited celebration of our nation’s past and future. After crossing the finish line, stick around for post-run refreshments, awards, entertainment, and enjoy free access to the Bruce Museum, making it a perfect day of fitness, history, and family fun in the heart of Greenwich. #USA250👟🎉

Presented by the Bruce Museum, Greenwich United Way, and Greenwich Road Runners:

Starting and finishing in historic Rockwood Hall, our annual Rockwood Ramble 10K is a crowd favorite. Scenic Hudson River views greet runners before the course veers into the woods. The wide carriage roads provide the perfect setting for experienced trail runners and first-timers. Say goodbye to traffic, pavement and noise and hello to the Rockefeller State Park Preserve! Race Director Laureen Fitzgerald sees to every detail, ensuring a first-rate experience for all participants. All proceeds benefit carriage road maintenance.

We're back in June again - giving you extra time to train! All the same amenities - great course, shirts, raffle and the best post-race party in Fairfield County. Sweetheart discount entry fee through Valentine's Day, Luck of the Irish discount through St. Patrick's Day, then regular price through race day. If you can't make it physically, you can still join us from afar by participating in our Virtual 5K Run, 1 Mile walk, or 1/2 Mile Kids Fun Run.

Join us for TRI the PARK at Bedford Hills Memorial Park, a youth triathlon designed for fun, challenge, and community spirit! Participants will compete in a POOL swim, followed by a park bike and run. Whether your athlete is tackling the long course or giving the short course a go, it’s a great way to race into summer.

The entire race should take athletes anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes as it is a beginner course, and each participant will receive a finisher’s medal!

Long Course: 100m swim, 2mi bike, 0.50mi run

Short Course: 50m swim, 1mi bike, 0.25mi run

Participants can compete in either distance race and must be between the ages of 6-16.

Register by noon on May 10th to guarantee your event T-shirt! After that, shirts will be available on a first come, first served basis while supplies last. Registration closes on May 31st.
