Maare Mosel Lauf

Founded in September 2024 in Trier, Germany, 54runningclub emerged not from a plan but from a chance encounter between Yassin, downhill champion Henri Kiefer, and Mo during a training session. Their spontaneous run along the Mosel River sparked a community that steadily grew in early 2025, forming a close-knit group now centered on five core runners. Meeting regularly at THE.BOXX, the crew embraces all paces and backgrounds, offering varied runs that showcase Trier’s scenic riverfront and historic charm. Beyond speed, the club values smart training and health, supported by members like physiotherapist Leonard. Their motto, “catch us if you can,” reflects a spirited blend of challenge and camaraderie. With partnerships rooted in local culture and an open-door policy welcoming newcomers, 54runningclub is energizing Trier’s running scene, turning miles into friendships and making every run a celebration of community and the city’s unique landscape.
