The Fifth Annual Los Angeles Invitational - Saturday June 13th

The Single Scoop: 31 Miles with 4500ft of elevation

The Double Scoop: 53 Miles and 7200ft of elevation

The Triple Scoop: 70 Miles and 9500ft of elevation

Could you do them on a Mountain bike? Yes! Could you do it on a road bike with 30mm tires? Probably, but don't do that to yourself because you would be doing a lot of walking! We recommend a tire sweet-spot of 40-45c. These climbs are steep, bring a bike with nice low/easy gearing. Be prepared to be fully self supported even though there will be awesome aid stations. It might be hot bring lots of water! Routes will be emailed to registered riders 1 week before the event. The routes will not be marked so ride with your buddies that know the way or make sure you can navigate :)

Good stuff to bring on your ride: tubes, tire boot, tire plugs, ways to inflate tires, multi tool, a packable jacket, BIG WATER BOTTLES, and food for a long day out.

Most importantly these trails and roads are open to the public. So be safe, and respect the nature and mountains we get to ride in.

Registration Packet Pickup Thursday June 11th and Friday the 12th during Cub House business hours. If you absolutely need to, you can pick up Saturday June 13th in the morning starting at 6am before the ride, but do yourself a favor and grab it earlier.

The cost of your registration includes a voucher for a slice of pizza + drink across the street from Pizzanista!

DON'T FORGET - SUNDAY June 14th 9th Annual Cub House Bike Show Car Show Swap Meet

The best day of the year. Day two is the bike show/ car show/ swap meet block party at the shop. Food! Music! Raffles! Deals! Fun!

    PARKING: once you're on San Gabriel Ave head North to 5th street. Turn right on 5th street to N Dalton Ave, turn left on N Dalton Ave to 9th street, turn left on 9th street back to San Gabriel Ave. Turn left on San Gabriel Ave and cross the railroad tracks. Parking is on the left in the lot.

    Membership and the appropriate Race License add-on to compete.

    Infield Passes

    Every rider's race number will grant access to the infield.

    Infield passes for coaches and team staff are available for purchase on BikeReg at $100 for the entire event. Upon arrival at the venue, you will receive a wristband granting access to the infield. Please be aware that infield pass registrants will undergo screening against the SafeSport Disciplinary Database, and we strongly advise ensuring your SafeSport and MAAPP certifications are up to date.
