Gates open at 4:00pm, field events will begin at 5:00, first race is at 6pm

Green Memorial Stadium under the lights!

$5 entry fee for spectators… and trust me, you’ll wanna come watch!!!

$15 per event, or 3 events for $35. For now...

All participants doing 2 or more events will receive a t-shirt. Awards or medals will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers for each heat.

There will be announcers, music, food trucks, and an after party!!! So you definitely don’t want to miss this!!!!

Although this is absolutely for fun, it is also an official track meet, for adults ONLY!!! You must be 18 or over to enter. However, your children and family members can definitely come watch, as this will be a family friendly night!!!

Live results will be posted to milesplit! You will be seeded for each event and will only race within your caliber. You will input your paces when you register, so we can seed you correctly. You may participate in as many events as you wish, but we recommend doing 3-4. When we have a more accurate number of registered participants, we will put out a timed schedule of events. For reference though, events are as follows BUT not in this order.

and NEW this year: discuss & the 4x800!!!!! The shot put and discuss area is complete at the track, so we will be using that arena for those events.

We will also have a featured/invited event... stay tuned for details!

The 4x400 relay will cap off the night and we hope to have a loud, excited crowd lining the track for the whole event!!!

Proceeds from this race will be going towards scholarships for track athletes wishing to pursue a college education! We will be giving three $1000 scholarships to an athlete from each school located within the Portage Lakes: Green, Coventry, & Manchester!

For 15 incredible years, the Bulldog Dash has brought our community together—running, walking, cheering, and giving back. Thanks to the continued generosity of our families, sponsors, and supporters, this beloved event has grown into much more than a race. It’s a celebration of community spirit and a powerful way to invest in our students.

This year, proceeds will support nearly 2,000 students at Green Primary School and Green Elementary School, helping enhance classroom experiences and enrich educational opportunities where they matter most.

Join us for a fun-filled day of healthy, family-friendly excitement on Sunday, October 4, 2026, featuring a certified race route around the Green High School Athletic Stadium. The Bulldog Dash is open to everyone—so bring your family, friends, neighbors, and Bulldog pride!

Welcome to the 6th Annual Haunted Forest Marathon Weekend

• Family Friendly / Themed event featuring a Full Marathon (26.2 miles), a Half Marathon (13.1 miles), and 5K (3.1 miles).

• First mile on the road / remainder of the race on hard packed crushed limestone and blacktop. Marathon has a total of 57 feet of elevation over the 26.2 mile distance!

• A GREAT Boston Qualifier which includes a SECOND medal if you qualify on race day. 18% of our 2025 Marathon participants qualified for Boston.

• AWARDS handed out on a rolling basis throughout the morning

Don't forget our "Smash the PR PUMPKIN" activity if you run a personal best on our course.
