ABOUT MAGNIFIED GIVING --- Magnified Giving is a 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit that empowers the next generation of philanthropists. Your participation enables the education of youth in philanthropy and supports local charities through the hands of our youth! Learn More The mission of Magnified Giving is to educate, inspire, and engage students in philanthropy, and to touch the hearts and minds of teens, lighten the concerns of others, and magnify the impact of philanthropy. At the heart of our mission is our belief that anyone can be a philanthropist!

We believe that philanthropy is using your time, talents, and treasure to serve others, at any age - and we all have something to offer! We focus on educating children and teens in philanthropy because we want the youth in our community to see their own potential to bring about positive change in the world around them. When we plant this idea early on and teach them how to use their time, talents, and treasure, the youngest among us can spend the rest of their lives being change-makers! --- MAGNIFIED GIVING PROGRAMS Youth groups of 6th -12th graders who explore philanthropy, service, social causes, and community nonprofits, ultimately granting $1,000 or more to a local nonprofit. Learn More Fun, energetic summer service-learning camps for 5th-9th grade students to engage in meaningful hands-on service projects and learn how they make a difference in the world. Strides for Safety is a family-friendly, timed 5K at Winton Woods organized by Jane Holbrook, a high school junior living with severe food allergies. The event benefits food allergy awareness and advocacy.

More than 1 in 13 children and 1 in 10 adults in the U.S. have a food allergy—over 33 million people. A food-allergic reaction sends someone to the emergency room every three minutes. Funds raised through this event support the Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Connection Team (FAACT), an organization dedicated to education and advocacy, while supporting families in Cincinnati and across the country living with life-threatening food allergies.

The 3.1-mile course at Winton Woods Park features a scenic lake, wooded trails, and beautiful spring views. The event is open to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities—families, kids, and first-time 5K participants are welcome.

Thanks to our generous sponsors, the post-race celebration includes music, raffle baskets, and allergy-friendly items. Awards will be given to the top three finishers, along with a special award for the Most Spirited Food Allergy Family.

Join us as we turn strides into safety—every step helps protect children and families affected by food allergies!

Named after the iconic Roebling Bridge, their runs celebrate the city’s unique blend of urban energy and natural beauty while fostering a welcoming community. The crew’s relaxed, inclusive vibe embraces runners of all abilities, focusing on connection and exploration rather than competition. Regular Tuesday morning runs start at a local coffee shop with easy routes to the bridge, while longer Saturday runs explore scenic riverbanks and neighborhood streets. By weaving social moments with running adventures, the Roebling Runners build lasting friendships and strengthen ties within Cincinnati’s vibrant running culture. Their small but dedicated group embodies the spirit of the city, making running an opportunity to discover shared history, support one another, and experience the rhythms of life along the Ohio River.
