  This groovy little event takes place at Camp Spearhead, a magical sanctuary that gives kids and adults with disabilities a chance to play, grow, and feel the love all year long. We're talkin’ horseback rides, crafts, new friendships, and all the smiles the world can handle. By running this race, you’re not just chasing miles—you’re sharing light and giving back to a beautiful community. Far out, right?

  🌲 Race Deets, Man 🌲

  Where: Camp Spearhead – nestled in the heart of Pleasant Ridge County Park

  When: Bright and early, 8:00 AM, baby

  Address: 4232 SC-11, Marietta, SC 29661

  What: Pick your groove – Half Marathon or 10K (4 hour cutoff)

  Packet Pickup: Starts at 7:00 AM near the main shelter as you enter the park to your right

  Awards: We’ll hand ‘em out after the top 3 float across the finish line and announce age group tributes

  🌼 The Course, Man

  Our loop is a 10K trail groove with around 650 feet of sweet, rolling elevation per lap. It’s got flow, it’s got rhythm, and it’s got over 90% shade so your chakras stay cool. Directional arrows will guide your path like the universe intended—but if you wander, no worries. Just trace your steps back to your moment of confusion and get back in your groove.

  You’ll find one stellar aid station at the main shelter every loop.

  • Pickles (for your pickle-loving heart)

  The Ville to Ville Sprint Relay is a 3-person running relay. Teams will complete 21 miles with a start and finish at Trailblazer Park in Travelers Rest, SC. Runners will travel the Swamp Rabbit Trail...

  The Ville to Ville Sprint Relay is a 3-person running relay. Teams will complete 21 miles with a start and finish at Trailblazer Park in Travelers Rest, SC. Runners will travel the Swamp Rabbit Trail and enjoy a festive post-race tailgate celebration with music, college football, and craft brews. Enjoy all the fun of Ville to Ville camaraderie in a shorter timeframe without needing a team vehicle.

  Race Format

  The event features six legs, with each consecutive leg getting shorter by one mile. Three team members will split the six legs, with runner #1 completing Legs 1 & 4, runner #2 completing Legs 2 & 5, and runner #3 completing Legs 3 & 6. All teams will start the event at 10 am.

  • Leg 1 - 6 Miles

  • Leg 2 - 5 Miles

  • Leg 3 - 4 Miles

  • Leg 4 - 3 Miles

  • Leg 5 - 2 Miles

  • Leg 6 - 1 Mile

  Fees

  Team Captains will pay the total team fee when registering. All fees are non-refundable, but you can transfer your team to another captain.

  Priority Registration = $200/Team (Now until December 31, 2025)

  Early Registration = $230/Team (January 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026)

  Open Registration = $260/Team (June 1, 2026 to September 15, 2026)

  Late Registration = $290/Team (September 16, 2026 and after)

  *Event Capacity = 200 Teams

  Team Captain

  Each team will have a team captain (we will initially use the name and contact info of the person registering), responsible for recruiting teammates and meeting appropriate deadlines. We will provide regular race information and updates for the team captain on our website and through email newsletters. The Team Captain role can be transferred to another person at any point. Existing captains should email info@villetovillerelay.com and Cc the new captain to start the transfer process.

  Team Rosters

  Once the team captain registers, they can invite their teammates to join the team online. Team members will not pay any fees upon registration. Preliminary team rosters are due on September 1, 2026. The ability to add or change team members will remain open until race day; however, changes after September 20, 2026, will carry a $25 fee.

  Race Shirt & Medal

  All runners will receive a long-sleeve race shirt and a finisher's medal.

  Course Safety

  We love your kids and dogs, but strollers and pets are not allowed on the race course due to course limitations and participant safety concerns. There is plenty of room at the start/finish area for supervised children and pets to wait for you as you run.

  Packet Pickup

  Packet Pickup will be on race day from 8-9:45 am at Trailblazer Park. Team captains or a team representative will pick up the entire team packet and timing chip.

  Age Requirements

  All runners must be at least 13 years old on race day.

  Team Name

  Be creative, but keep it classy. Your team name will appear in many public places, so make sure it will make your parents proud. You will submit your team name during registration, but it can be changed until September 1, 2026.

  Categories

  Open

  Open Co-ed (minimum of 1 female)

  Open Female (all females)

  Masters Open (all 40+)

  Masters Co-ed (minimum of 1 female, all 40+)

  Masters Female (all 40+ females)

  *Team categories will be chosen during registration, but can be changed until race weekend. All teams should have three team members, but teams can run with two members.

  Prizes

  Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each category. Awards will be announced between 1:30-2:30 pm.

  Team Pace

  This is a running event. Each team must have an average team pace of 12:00 minutes per mile or less for us to plan law enforcement and volunteer support on the course. Each team member will provide an estimated 5K race pace when registering.

  Cancellation/Weather

  This is a rain-or-shine event. The race director can change the course or event in case of inclement weather or state/permit restrictions.

  🎅 Welcome back, my festive friends! The Holiday Hustle 5K is back and merrier than ever, taking place at the charming Trailblazer Park in Travelers Rest, just outside of Greenville. This joyful jaunt kicks off with a blazin’ fast downhill mile that’ll have even my reindeer asking for your training tips! 🦌💨 With the help of our friends in the Travelers Rest Police Department, the roads will be safe and sleigh-ready for all!

  🎶 Expect holiday tunes, a bubble machine for the little elves, and a special souvenir for the first 150 good boys and girls who pick up their packets on race morning! (Trust me, they’re nicer than a lump of coal! 😉)

  🎄 But this isn’t just a race—it’s a full-on holiday celebration! Whether you’re dashing through the course like Dasher or strolling with your snowman squad, this 5K is for all ages, all speeds, and all levels of holiday spirit. Don your Santa suits, elf ears, and candy cane leggings—the more festive, the better!
