MONTAAAUUKKKK IS CALLING YOU BACK FOR 2026!
Alright, riders — it’s ON! The legendary Montauk Lighthouse Ride is BACK and it’s going to be EPIC. Get ready to crush 125 miles of fast, flat road from Prospect Park to Montauk with your crew flying at 19–25+ mph. This is not your average ride — it’s a high-spirited, no-turning-back adventure!
SYNC YOUR WATCHES!
Three rest stops (about every 40 miles) will keep you fueled and hydrated. If you're catching the bus back, know your pace — there's a cutoff at Bridgehampton High School, 1:30pm, to make sure everyone gets to Montauk in time! If not, you will be SAG'd.
We’ve kept the core magic from last year and added a few upgrades to make this ride even smoother and safer. Buckle up — this message is your roadmap to glory!
REGISTRATION = EVERYTHING
No registration, no ride, no support. Period.
Every rider MUST register — no e-bikes allowed. We’ve got tiered pricing to fit your needs and cover rising costs. This ride is insured by USA Cycling, and we follow their rules to keep everyone safe.
Unregistered riders = solo mission.
No aid stations, no SAG support, no post-ride meal, no bus ride. You’re on your own.
Registered riders get a WRISTBAND — your all-access pass to Montauk magic. No band = no service, no fun, no exceptions.
POST-RIDE GLORY BUS
Your chariot awaits! The chartered bus will return to Long Island and Prospect Park (Grand Army Plaza).
Long Island riders: You can store your bike under the bus — just bring two blankets to keep it cozy.
Seats are limited, so book early! Questions? Email us: [email protected]
POST-RIDE FEAST
Feast like a champion! Registered riders and approved volunteers get a catered meal by Harlem’s own Chef Quie featuring Charles Pan Fried Chicken (vegetarian options too!).
No wristband = no meal
PERSONAL SAG HEROES
We salute you! Personal SAG vehicles are welcome — but you must be ready to help any registered rider, not just your crew.
SAG drivers must register (FREE!) and attend a mandatory volunteer meeting on Thursday, Sept 3 @ 7:30 PM.
You’ll get a sign for your vehicle and share contact info for smooth coordination.
Important: Registration for this category is verified to ensure it is for ride volunteers only, not for active cyclists.
