  Our 2026 IN-PERSON events will send you out into the woods of the Michaux State Forest to test your trail grit on one of three challenging courses. What better way to shake out those winter legs than to leap over logs and splash through April creeks? Come play in the woods with us and feed your soul!

  OPTION 2: RUN ANY TRAIL VIRTUAL EVENT

  Don’t want to or can’t travel to the Michaux for the event? Want your sister in California to race with you from across the country? Find a favorite trail course by you and submit your virtual results to earn your BRB swag and be a part of our awesome BRB community!!   Hollabaugh Bros., Inc. is thrilled to announce that our 2nd Annual Bruce Hollabaugh Memorial 5K & Fun Run, will take place on April 12, 2026. New this year- we will also be hosting a Fun Run for those wanting a shorter, flatter route. These events, which aim to raise funds for the Bruce A. Hollabaugh Memorial Endowment Fund, will be run throughout our beautifully blooming orchards on the family farm. Our 4th Generation family farm has been growing apples since 1955!

  In March of 2022, our family and farm was turned upside down when we unexpectedly lost third generation family member, Bruce, at the age of 41. Production manager at Hollabaugh’s, husband, father, son, brother, uncle, friend: he had numerous titles, but despite the many hats he wore, he always found time to support his community, too. Since his passing, the Hollabaugh family has adopted the mantra “For Bruce, We Will Farm.” We also wanted to continue his legacy in the community and in all the areas he was so passionate about in life. Bruce’s parents, Brad and Kay, started the Bruce A. Hollabaugh Memorial Endowment Fund* earlier this year. Managed by the Adams County Community Foundation, the fund will benefit the charities and community initiatives for which Bruce cared deeply during his life. Net proceeds from the race will benefit the Endowment Fund. Make plans to join us as a runner or walker and help to support many good causes and organizations throughout the Upper Adams Community and

  beyond. The race will kick off at 9am. We will have food truck(s), raffles, awards, and more. All registrants who sign up before March 22, 2026 will receive a free race t-shirt and commemorative medal. After this date, t-shirts and medals will be distributed as supplies last.

  Who We Are: Healthy Kids Running Series is a five (5) week running program in the spring and fall for kids Pre-K through 8th grade. Each HKRS Series takes place once a week and offers age-appropriate running events including the 50 & 75 yard dashes, the 1/4 mile, the 1/2 mile and the 1 mile run. Kids will earn points for each race they complete based on their finish.

  Pricing: The registration fee covers the entire five (5) weeks of the Series which includes race bibs for each week, a runner shirt, a finisher medal and any sponsor giveaways. Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Online Early Bird registration increases three weeks prior to the first race event.

  Challenger: This Series offers a Challenger Division which is an adaptive 75 yard race for children with disabilities and/or special needs. This allows for parents, siblings, and friends to be on the course with runners to provide support as well as bringing their own supportive devices such as crutches, braces, wheelchairs, etc. to be used by runners.

  Single Day Racing: Single day race registration opens one hour prior to the start of each race. The registration fee covers one single race to be run on the day of registration. ALL single day registrations should be completed onsite at the race location. Single day racers will have the option to upgrade to the full series (see tab on the left side of the page for instructions). There is a strict no-refund and no-transfer policy.

  Awards: All participants receive a medal on Week 5! Trophies will be awarded to the overall top finishers in each of the divisions listed below (broken out by boys and girls respectively):
