We’re excited to announce that the 2026 Run Drugs Out of Town will take place on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Macomb Community College, Center Campus.

This annual event is more than just a 5K run or walk—it’s a powerful movement of hope, unity, and recovery. Together, we stand with individuals and families impacted by substance use disorder, break the stigma surrounding addiction, and strengthen our community through compassion and connection.

Gather your friends, family, and colleagues to form a team, run or walk in honor of someone you love, and help us raise awareness for recovery. Every step you take makes a difference!

Registration Includes:

  • Entry to the 5K run/walk

  • 2026 Run Drugs Out of Town T-Shirt (First Come, First Serve)

  • 2026 Finisher's Medal

  • Commemorative Race Bib with chip timing

  • Access to the post-race picnic featuring food, snacks, and drinks

    Get ready to lace up and celebrate the Deaf and Hard of hearing community at the Holley Jolly 5K Run! Join us for a day of fun, movement, and making a difference. The 5K welcomes runners, walkers, kids, and families of all ages and abilities to come out and enjoy a memorable day together.

    The race will be professionally timed to give runners an exciting, polished race experience. We’ll be celebrating best times with medals for the top overall male and female finishers, along with age-group awards so everyone has a chance to shine. Every runner receives a custom bib. Whether you’re chasing a personal record, strolling with loved ones, or cheering from the sidelines, every step supports the incredible work of the Holley Institute and Holley Family Village.

    $100 Cash Prize will be awarded to the overall male and female winners based on official chip time!!!

    Enjoy Starbucks coffee and pastries before the race, face painting for little ones, colorful interactive inflatable sculptures, and a refreshment zone after the race.

    American Sign Language interpreters will be provided.

    Families and guests are welcome to enjoy the many park amenities after the race, including the sandy beach, Squirt Zone splash pad, playgrounds, nature trails, fishing from the piers or shoreline, the Nature Center with exhibits, and access to paved hike and bike trails.

    Come for the run. Stay for the smiles. Leave knowing you helped make a real impact for our families!

    Packet pickup will take place the morning of the race starting at 7:30 am.

    Donations of $100 or more receive a free entry to the race ($35 value, discount applied during registration. Only valid if you are registering for the race).

    Run the Plank, is a 5K race along the east side of Romeo Plank Road. Starting at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Romeo Plank, participants will have the option to run or walk the roughly three miles north to St. Peter Lutheran Church on 24 Mile.

    We can accommodate runners, joggers, walkers and strollers; however, pets are not permitted.

    RETURNING IN 2026 - 1 MILE FUN RUN

    The 1 Mile Fun Run will be held on the grounds of St Peter Lutheran Church during the Family Fun Fair after the 5K. Start time is approximately 9:30 AM and registration is not required.

    Registration Fee includes:

    -Tech T-Shirt

    -Medal with lanyard

    -Complimentary pasta lunch/dinner on Friday, June 26 during Packet Pick-Up

    Jimmy John's Field

    Glow in the dark with us as we raise funds to help empower young adults to restart their lives after cancer diagnosis through adventure-based activities.

    This is an outdoor run/walk starting at Jimmy John's Field in Utica, traveling primarily through River Bends Park before finishing behind home plate back at Jimmy John's Field.

    Jimmy John's Field will open at 5:00pm for event participants. The race will start at dusk (approximately between 7:30pm and 7:45pm).

    Participants should plan to be parked and inside Jimmy John's Field by 7:00pm. Police officers will be closing part of Auburn Road to ensure the safety of our participants.

    There will be multiple options for participants to pick up their race materials (e.g., event shirt and bib number)

    Early Packet Pickup will be Thursday, September 10th, at Hanson's Running Shop located at 8409 Hall Road, Utica, MI 48317 from 3-8pm.

    Event day check available at Jimmy John's Field starting at 5:00pm

    Important to note, due to order timing and inventory constraints, registration MUST be complete by Thursday, August 28, 2026, at 11:59pm EST to receive an event shirt. If you do not register by this date, you will not receive an event shirt. We apologize for the condensed timeframe and appreciate your understanding!
