Proceeds from the event support Sam’s Fans, a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing Music and Art Therapy Programs for seriously ill children and their families.

Starting at 9:00 AM, the event includes a 5K race, a 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk, and a Kids 1-Mile Run as part of the RunColumbus kids series, making it the perfect outing for the entire family. Whether you’re a competitive runner, a casual walker, or simply there to support the cause, your participation helps us bring joy, healing, and creativity to children in need through music and art. Join us for the 2026 Columbus 10K presented by Barbasol, to be held on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at North Bank Park in downtown Columbus, Ohio. We're very excited to welcome runners and walkers to the 49th Annual Columbus 10K.

Originally run as the Citizen-Journal 10K in the summer of 1977, the Columbus 10K is "The Oldest Road Race in Columbus". The Columbus 10K is part of the 2026 season of the RUNColumbus Race Series.
