One of the largest urban parks in the country, Griffith Park is a 4,300-plus acre slice of runner heaven. The grounds include famous sites like the Abandoned Los Angeles Zoo, the Observatory, and the Hollywood Sign. There’s more than 30 trails totaling around 50 miles for runners and hikers. Join us for the Griffith Park Trail Relay Marathon and get a taste of what the second largest city park has to offer.

    Age & Participation Rules:

    • Children under 14 must be accompanied by parent/guardian.

    • Minimum ages vary by event: e.g. 12‑mile ride ≥ 5 yrs, 25‑mile ≥ 8 yrs, 62‑mile ≥ 15 yrs. Runs also have age minimum.

    Finish The Ride & Finish The Run was founded by Damian Kevitt after a life‑changing hit‑and‑run. What began as one person’s effort to overcome tragedy has grown into a community movement advocating for safer streets in Southern California and beyond. By participating, you are helping raise awareness and support systemic changes—policies, education, infrastructure—that make roads safer for all through Streets Are For Everyone.

    📍 Logistics & Registration

    Location: The Autry Museum, Griffith Park – 4700 Western Heritage Way, Los Angeles

    Transportation: You can access the Autry by biking (we’re right by the LA River bike path) or taking transit (the 96 bus line stops next to the Zoo, across from the Autry). If you plan to drive, there is plenty of parking at the Autry and surrounding lots.

    Fees & Discounts: Registration options vary by event. Special rates may apply for veterans, first responders, groups, etc. Contact us directly at Events@StreetsAreForEveryone.org for more information.

    What’s included: Event t‑shirt or athletic sleeves with registration, finishing medals for all events, awards, expo, etc.
