    This will be the fifth running of the "Spin & Dye" 8k race in Erwin, NC. The proceeds this year will benefit Rockism for Autism. This will be challenging 8k that will start and finish at Al Woodall Municipal Park. The race will start at 7:00 am and will be chip timed. Medals will be presented to the top 3 overall female and male. Age group medals will be given to females and males based on USAT&F 10 year groupings: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up.

    This race will be the second of a Harnett County series, partnered with races in Dunn and Coats. Sign up for all three using the "Bundle" option and save some money! Bundle registration will only be offered until 4/30/25 when the registration for the first race closes.

    The trail race that you all loved last year will be putting you out in the woods once again! Come on out and get year SIX shirts and coins. Each year is a unique specially designed race logo featuring our friends, the Deerfly. They've missed you!

    The race will max out at 200 runners so you should register asap! Our sole sponsor is Heckler Brewing Company so be sure to come to packet pickup and enjoy some great fellowship on Friday night Oct 16.

    The Sandhills Sasquatch is a repetitive 1-mile loop around the scenic Weymouth Woods Boyd Tract Loop in Southern Pines, NC. The route is a well maintained and well-marked trail that take you around the beautiful Weymouth Center property and past the oldest known living Long Leaf Pine Tree, estimated to be over 470 years old.

    The race is simple, complete as many 1-mile loops as you can in 4- hours! Or register for the three loop 5K option.

    This is a self-paced event. For the 4-hour option, run as many miles as you can in the prescribed time or until you decide to stop. The runner that covers the most distance in the prescribed time is declared the winner. Runners are allowed to run, walk, and rest as needed for the duration of the event. Laps will be recorded by the race organizers. The event organizer will have an aid station set up at the start finish line with water, Gatorade, and snacks. Participants can set up personal tents, tables, and aid stations in the park area by the start finish. The 5K option is three loops along the same course with a 1-hour cutoff time. 5K runners are welcome to continue laps and opt into the full challenge at any time if they choose.

    There will be prizes for the top male and female for both the 4-hour and 5K events.

    Participants will receive an official race t-shirt and finishing medal. T-shirts cannot be guaranteed for registrations after October 12, 2026.

    Welcome to Fayetteville's only Half Marathon on the Cape Fear River Trail!

    All races will feature different routes and use the Cape Fear River Trail. This trail is a beautiful, paved greenway trail along the Cape Fear River. The start and finish line will be at the Cape Fear Botanical Garden. There will be on course support. There will be no pets allowed at this event.

    This race will have an option to add on a VIP experience. This includes a private heated tent for VIPs only, VIP only refreshments, Bag storage, and VIP line for early packet pick up. Limited to 35 entrants.

    This will be the sixth running of the “I Thought Turkeys Could Fly” 5k. The proceeds this year will benefit the DUMA Food Bank. The USATF certified course will begin and end on North General Lee Ave by Tyler Park in Dunn, NC. The course is flat and fast with only 56 ft of elevation change and a downhill finish. The race is scheduled for Saturday November 8, 2025. The race will start at 8:00 a.m. and will be chip timed. Medals will be presented to the top 3 overall female and male. Age group medals will be given to females and males based on USAT&F 10 year groupings: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up.
