Welcome to the registration page for the 1st event in the CX Super Series!
NCVC Women’s Team Saturday WTFNB Clinic and Pre-Ride (pre-registration required!)
Please join the NCVC Women’s team on Saturday from 3-5 PM for a preview of the course. Pre-registration is required. This clinic is WTFNB inclusive and is designed for all skill levels. We will focus on specific aspects of the course and practice the basic skills needed for navigating those sections confidently. Participation in Sunday’s race is not required, but we encourage you to put your new skills to the test!

For age-graded races, Racing Age for Cyclocross is defined as your age on December 31, 2026.

Warmups: The course will be open for inspection and warm-up approximately 15 minutes prior to each event. Warming up on the course during an event is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. DQ & forfeiture of entry fee will result. Please do NOT ride or warm up in the parking lot. We will have a designated warmup area
Staging: all riders will be staged on the grid by bib number.

Riders will be assigned bibs in order of their overall ranking on CrossResults.com as of the close of registration.

Riders who are unranked on CrossResults will be assigned bibs in the order of their registration.

All categories that award SuperSeries points may reserve the first four spots in the third row for promoter's discretion call-ups.
Those categories consisting of only category 5 men or category 4/5 women are staged strictly by order of registration. All race day entrants will be staged behind the pre-registered riders, and are not entitled to any special consideration based on to their Super Series points or CrossResults ranking. Results: BikeReg Cyclocross Super Series races are electronically timed by Insight Timing Services. The protest period is a firm 15 minutes from the announcement that results have been posted. Racers are also reminded to make sure their team name is correct in both their USA Cycling profile and their BikeReg profile. Results will be uploaded with the Club & Team affiliations shown in the rider's USA Cycling profile.
Pit: There will be one double-sided pit on the course. Please remove your equipment immediately following your race to make room for others.
Course Description: The course utilizes the beautiful farmgrounds of Vanish Brewing, with a balance of pavement, grass, dirt paths, double track, and a good amount of elevation gain; bring those climbing legs!
Spectating: The course has great sight lines and many opportunities for spectators to get a great view of the action. With a full service brewery and food onsite, great ready to enjoy a full day of racing for the whole family! A central announcer will be located near the Start/Finish.
Registration, Entry Fees, & Licensing: all registration and payment for this event, including race day registration, will be conducted through BikeReg. Addtional entries are offered at $20 ($25 on race day) when purchased in the same BikeReg shopping cart. If the entries are purchased separately during the pre-registration period, contact us for a partial refund; on event day a coupon code will be made available at the day-of registration table to achieve the same discounted price. Entry fees will increase to $50 for adults and $25 for Juniors for race day registration, to reflect the day-of surcharge. There will be no in-person sales at the event -- register online, either at home before coming out or on your phone at the event. You MUST present your racing license (if you have one) or 1-Day receipt in order to be issued a bib, and you should also be prepared to show your confirmation email. In order to expedite your entry, make sure you have completed the online waiver before
approaching the day-of registration table.
This page will re-open for day-of registration by 6 AM; check-in will open by 7 AM. Check-in and registration for all races will close 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the race. There will be no exceptions made to this rule -- plan to show up timely for the race you want to enter.
Any current National Cyclocross Champions shall be granted free entry, but must wear their national jersey in the class in which it was won.
A USA Cycling racing license is required for entry. Riders who do not provide a USAC Annual racing license # at registration will be assessed an additional $15 for a Beginner 1-Day license. This license is valid for entry only in fields that are open to Novice Men, Women, or Non-Binary riders. For all other fields, you must present proof of an active USAC racing license (or a printed Authorization to Ride) showing your Cyclocross category and Racing Age.
