Another race you're going to rush to! 🙌 How about an accessible distance in a beautiful Portuguese city? 🇵🇹 Yes, indeed, it is the Famalicão Half Marathon returning for its 11th edition in October! 🔥 Located in the north of Portugal, Vila Nova de Famalicão is a great place to run! 🏃‍♀️ Whether you choose the 10 km course or the half marathon, you'll pass by the city's iconic spots! 🤩 Moreover, at this time of year, the temperatures are ideal for a little run! These two distances are accessible for very varied runner profiles. You can choose the 10 km to chase a fast time and break your own record (why not others' at the same time). For the half, you need to hold on a bit longer. You're doubling the km, so you must double your efforts too 🥵.

Cães D' Avenida is one of Porto's original running crews, and it’s still one of the most loved. It started out as a group of friends running together in 2011, and by 2013, it became an official sports association. Friendship, helping each other, and a real passion for running are at the heart of everything they do. The name, which means "Dogs of the Avenue" in Portuguese, began as a joke but now stands for a close-knit group of local runners, most between 30 and 60 years old. They’re known for their open monthly training runs and for organizing the Corrida Pidas, a 10k race that brings the whole city together in memory of their founder.
