100k Run Trail

We are hosting our fourth annual team training camp weekend from Thursday, June 11th to Sunday, June 14th in Manning Park, BC. This is a special weekend open to PPRC team members only.

This training camp is designed to facilitation low stress, high volume (big fun), training over the course of 3 days! Once you arrive your job is simply to have fun, soak up the miles, and spend time with your teammates, we take care of the rest!

The cost of this event is $1400 CAD per person.

Due to permitting and accommodations we are able to host 7 athletes. Since we can't host a larger group, we use a lottery system to randomly select attendees. You will be notified of the lottery results by email and if you are selected you will be asked to pay via paypal or e-transfer at that time to secure your spot. We will also allow payment to be made in instalments and can arrange for that as well.

This camp is designed to be a training camp and will include:

  1. Three back to back group runs on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Distances range between 30 to 40 km each day aiming for a 100 km weekend and all days will have over 1,000 meters of vertical gain and loss.

  2. Meals will be provided including Thursday dinner, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Meals will consist of an a la carte pre run breakfast, post run lunch, snacks, and dinner. This year, we will have a meal service and will be providing lunch and dinners and athletes will be able to preselect their meals (including any options for vegan, meat, dairy free, gluten free options, etc.). We will provide notes on these meals so you know what the expect!

  3. Accommodation: Premium, updated cabin! This is 1 cabin with 7 beds and 3 bathrooms. Manning Park's Premium Cabin 2 includes: 7 individual beds (no bed sharing).

  4. Recovery station: In the cabin you will also have a recovery station to relax with Normatec boots, massage guns, and space for foam rolling.

  5. Special guest RMT for post run massages on Saturday evening.

  6. Educational coaching sessions where we will present on a topic based on athlete input or questions prior to camp!

  7. One on one coaching check ins - we are available for coaching check ins throughout the weekend.

  8. Runners package on how to get to Manning, packing list, routes and maps, and everything you need to know before attending.

What is not included:

  • transportation to or from Manning park

  • fuel/food for on the run (we will try to get some sponsor options but ideally we don't want you all to be testing new fuel along these runs!). We supply portions of electrolytes and a few gels but not sufficient for the entirety of all runs.

It's going to be a GREAT time!
