10k 15k 5k Run Trail Walk

The Dunedin holiday runs at HOB Brewing Company in downtown Dunedin is favorite for both locals and those travelling into Tampa Bay for the holiday season so set your goal and choose your distance now 5K 10K or 15K on Saturday, December 19, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. Please try to pick up any new toy to bring to the race with you on event morning so we can reward one of our many kids in need we are fortunate enough to help out each year!

It all take place at the showcase venue in downtown Dunedin at HOB Brewing Company 941, Huntley Avenue, Dunedin, FL 34698. The PARTY begins the moment you arrive with check in opening at 7:30 a.m. This run is open to all ages and levels of ability and is dog friendly! Register early as the price increases closer to the race in an attempt to slow down registrations as we approach the sell out for each race date.

Each registered bib number gets a finisher’s medal, a RUN727 promotional t-shirt, free draft craft beer from HOB Brewing post race, and a timed and accurate distance run course which is fully paved and permitted by the county and the city. Intersections are policed by PCSO and trained adult volunteers who benefit our teens from the proceeds of this event.

Dunedin is always a very popular venue which takes you through downtown Dunedin from HOB out north and back exclusively on the Pinellas Trail so bring your best attitude and leave the ear buds and air pods at home. An email is sent to all participants by NOON the day before the race with your assigned bib number that you’ll pick up on race morning as well as your waiver or release to participate. If you don’t get this email by 4 pm the day before the event please text 727-CAN-RACE with a good email address and we’ll forward the email to that address. We strive to give you an EXCELLENT race experience from start to finish

Once you receive your pre race email, please look up your bib number and print your waiver, sign it, and fill it out in order TO GREATLY expedite your check in experience. You’ll be directed to a longer check in line if you need to sign a waiver on site but we will provide them for those who do not have access to a printer. DO NOT email them back to us as they must be presented on race day. There is NO packet or tshirt pick up prior to race day.

Parking is free at the Artisan Parking Garage, 356 Monroe Street, Dunedin, FL 34698. After you park your vehicle, please walk west across the Pinellas Trail to HOB Brewing Company, 941 Huntley Avenue, Dunedin, FL 34698. This is your start/finish area. Please remain on site at HOB and off the Pinellas Trail until Suzanne calls your distance to walk you out together as a group to your exact starting area.

Note that where a 10K is offered it is a 2 loop course and the 15K is a loop course of the 5K route. We offer these in our cooler months which are popular for those training for larger races in longer distances. Because we are less in competitive nature, you can turn in early if you’re not feeling well for the repeat lap(s) just let timing know how many laps you completed as we record your time by the bib color which indicates to us the distance you signed up for. Please see Suzanne for a reassigned bib if you change distance when you arrive.

We will have a bike lead and plenty of volunteers along the route. All participants who are still on the trail after 3 hours must abide by the 4 way stops at each intersection. Police and volunteers are at each Pinellas Trail 4 way stop intersections, but you are responsible for your own safety so eyes WIDE OPEN! Dunedin is always bustling with energy and those we are permitted to use the Trail for this event by both the county and the city, we do not have full exclusivity in a closure, so we ask that you respect normal trail goers and we hope they’ll do the same.

Your times will be recorded electronically using the RaceSplitter Timing System so please wear your bib number on the FRONT of your body so that it is visible not only for timing to record you at the start and finish line, but also so that police and volunteers on the course know that you are part of this private event.

We DO NOT post times at the venue as it’s always our goal to maintain a laid back group of runners and walkers at these celebratory events. The venue is family and dog friendly, however, If you are running with a stroller or a dog we ask that you start toward the back of the pack to keep them safe from passing runners. The trail will be packed with runners and walkers so keep to the right and please limit noise cancelling devices. WE WANT YOU TO BE SAFE! Call out nice things to each other!

Remember to pick up your FREE BEER armband at race check in if you are over the age of 21. This is what you will redeem for your free first beer at the main bar at HOB Brewing after you complete your distance.

Bag check is in the t-shirt zone for anyone who does not want to walk back to your car. Only light snacks are at the venue but bring your wallet as there is typically a food truck and great good throughout Dunedin post race.

Receive your finisher’s medal at the finish line and take a TOP FINISHER’S framed award if they are there when you arrive! This means you are in the first 15 males and first 15 females to cross the finish line in 5K distance or greater. We do not give awards, beyond finisher medals, in the 1 mile and kid’s dash run. We also bring additional top finisher frames for any of our senior citizen runners or anyone who might have a particularly great race so if you do not see top finishers frames there when you finish but you know in your heart you earned one see Suzanne as they are tucked away neatly on site and WE WILL have one just for you.

We discontinued issuing age group awards many years ago as it holds up the party. It’s more about safety, fun, and unity than the speed in your performance at this venue so enjoy each other and add to the joy of the day!

Restrooms can be found inside HOB Brewing company on arrival and throughout the day. We do not provide food after the race (only small snacks) so after your free beer and great time at the HOB we encourage you to venture to Dunedin’s downtown district all within walking distance to our many restaurants, breweries, and specialty shops from the gateway to the marina. Always check "open" times from your phone before you choose a downtown location.

Thanks for being a part of running in Dunedin always benefiting our teens from high school wrestling, JV football, cheer, band, travel baseball teams, and more. Remember to thank a teen or law enforcement officer at the venue or on the course! It’s all about community and service.

The Heritage All Day 5k was dreamed up in 2021 with a route encircling our church, local school, and dozens of our neighbors. The format is designed to represent the power of prayer and how praying circles around our community can make meaningful change. Since it’s inception, we have collectively circled our community 864 times and raised over $44,000 towards our mission! We hope you can join us in 2026 for a fun day or running, walking and raising funds to circle and support our community.

Our 5th annual event will be in the Spring of 2026 and will have 4 waves of races (7am, 8am, 9am, 10am) each with 2 loops effectively circling our community over and over all morning long –hence the name, All Day 5k. Race day culminates with a kids fun run at 11am with laps in the parking lot, music, popsicles and a bounce house.

In addition to the 5k and running events on Saturday, we have a pre-race dinner the night before (separate meal tickets sold at our event website) which is hosted at Heritage and is catered by locally owned Three Brothers Pizza. They provide a delicious pasta dinner meal and all the funds raised by the dinner and the raffle items go directly to supporting the foster care ministries of Heritage. During the meal, guests are treated to a presentation with a few guest speakers to educate on the importance of foster care, the great need for foster care services in our Tampa Bay community, and how they can partner and get involved with the foster care ministries to make an impact!

Thanks for joining us a fun and impactful weekend in April
