    Arches UltraWinter is the perfect time to run in Moab! For Arches Ultra, we’ve chosen a lower-elevation course that offers stunning views of the towering Moab cliffs, Arches National Park, and the snow-capped La Sal Mountains. The race takes you along the border of Arches National Park, using the Bar M, Klonzo, and Klondike Trail Systems. As an added bonus, you'll run past dinosaur tracks in Utahraptor State Park! It’s always exciting to have variety in a course, and all distances at Arches Ultra deliver just that.     Registration for the 2026 Lottery is open from January 3rd-18th, 2026. Lottery Drawing: The lottery drawing will take place on Tuesday, January 20th at 10:00am MTN. Lottery winners will be announced on the Destination Trail Instagram page and Moab 240 Facebook page. Runners who are selected in the lottery will also receive a confirmation email from Ultrasignup. Event Dates: October 9th-13th, 2026.

    15 Full Aid StationsEach features hot, hearty food to fuel your multi-day effort, burgers, soups, eggs, bacon, potatoes, and more. Vegan and gluten-free options are always available.5 Designated Sleep StationsFive of the fifteen aid stations are designated as sleep stations and include tents with cots/camp pads and blankets so runners can rest and reset out of the elements.All stations are staffed by members of our Medical Team, our incredible volunteers, and dedicated HAM radio crews who keep the entire course connected.Live Tracking is available throughout the event so family and friends can follow the journey from anywhere.

    Waitlist Information

    The waitlist is separate from the lottery.Runners not selected during the lottery are automatically added to the waitlist. Beginning February 1, the waitlist is open for anyone to join.When a spot opens, you’ll receive an email from UltraSignup with the option to accept or decline.You are only charged if you accept the entry.

    A three-day trail running race on the legendary singletrack of Moab, Utah! Moab Run the Rocks lets you pick your poison so you have the best chance of achieving your goals on some of the most sought-after singletrack on the planet. Choose between two stage race lengths—The Full Pint or The Half Pint—each consisting of three stages held over three days. For runners looking to fill their cup,The Full Pint offers a spectacular route totaling 53.6 miles (85.6 km) and 4,480 ft (1,356 m) of vertical gain. And for those interested in a shorter challenge that doesn’t hold back on thrilling terrain, The Half Pint delivers a route totaling 33.1 miles (53.1 km) and 2,670 ft (811 m) of vertical gain.
