    Sat, Aug 22, 2026 at 8:30 AM

Join us Saturday,August 22, 2026, at 8:30 am for our Dog n's Suds SUMMER 5K At Dunedin House of Beer HOB Brewing Company at 941 Huntley Avenue, Dunedin, FL 34698. This is the perfect run/walk for dog lovers and beer lovers who come together in DOGEDEN for a great summer 5K. This is the 2 story beer park venue located directly along the Pinellas Trail aka Dunedin's TREASURE Venue!

All runners and walkers will celebrate their 5K with free craft beer, an awesome finisher's medal, a RUN727 promotional t-shirt, top finisher awards, timed 3.1 mile (5K) distance run or walk, post race party, and a fully paved and electronically timed 5K at the best venue for running and drinking with great people. This is a family friendly event. We do ask that if you are running with your dog or a stroller, please start toward the back of the pack at the start line so passing is safe for our fur babies and tiny humans.

An email will be sent to ALL registrants the day before the race which will include your bib number assignment along with your waiver to participate on event morning. For those travelling or without a printer we will have waivers on site but bringing it with you moves check in much more quickly. Occasionally we have a few bad email addresses so if you don’t receive the final email by 4 pm the day before the race please text your email address to 727-CAN-RACE (727-226-7223) and we’ll get all the information you need for a great summer 5K at HOB Brewing Co.

Parking is FREE at the Artisan parking garage at 356 Monroe Street, Dunedin, FL 34698. After you park walk toward the venue using the Pinellas Trail. Check in is RACE MORNING ONLY beginning at 7:45 a.m. We'll get you started right on time at 8:30 a.m. so that we can beat the heat. You can bring your own hydration and snacks as we want you fully comfortable and safe. The HOB provides and awesome shaded space for our check in and post race party so bring the whole neighborhood. This ONE IS SO MUCH FUN! Let's go shark lovers. We will have a bag check zone if you don’t want to go back to your car. This is a family environment with a great party zone on site.

We will have a table at the finish line shoot for first 15 males and first 15 females in each distance so be sure to grab one if they are still there when you finish your distance. The RaceSplitter Timing system will be used to time and score the race but results ARE purposely not posted at the venue so we can maintain our light hearted group of non-competitive runners and walkers. You can find your finish time in overall results later in the afternoon at www.727CanRace.com We also bring additional top finisher’s frames for seniors and our younger runners so if you had an exceptional day (any age) let Suzanne know at the microphone and we’ll award you for your performance! Age group awards slow down the day and we have used this method the last 9 years and it works out BEAUTIFULLY for the laid back group of runners we attract. 727CanRace is the number one search for running events!

After the post race party we encourage you to walk downtown to one of our excellent food establishments that have made this water front commuitty of downtown Dunedin famous. We hope each of you will fall in love as we have, with it's restaurants, 13 breweries, and amazing marina district. Dunedin is also home to the famous Honeymoon island State Park so make a day of it if you can. Thanks for joining us and we look forward to seeing you race morning!

Welcome to summer running in Dunedin!~ This is a race that WILL SELL OUT so register early as prices rise to slow down registration numbers the closer we get to event day. There is NO race day registration on site.

For questions please email Suzanne at [email protected] or text her at
