On this page, we introduce you to the 3 formats of the Mediterranea Tri Valencia! 😇 This lovely city on the southeast coast of Spain! 🇪🇸 To give you a little more insight into this remarkable triathlon, here are the events: the veteran, aptly named "Olympic Triathlon" 🏆, entails 1.5 km of swimming 🏊‍♂️, 40 km of cycling, and 10 km of running! This competition can be tough if you’re not well-prepared 💪. Alternatively, there are two other options available. The "Sprint Triathlon," for instance, is less demanding 🥺: 0.75 km of swimming, 20 km of cycling 🚵‍♀️, and 5 km of running! If you find this distance still too challenging for your level, then we recommend the "SuperSprint Triathlon" which only requires 350 m of swimming, 10 km of

  cycling, and 2.5 km of running! 👣 All the triathlons at Mediterranea Tri Valencia can be participated in as a duo! 🤞 So don't hesitate to pack your best partner before flying to Spain ✈️.
