Dont Metz With Us is a women's running crew born in October 2024 in Metz, France, when founder Laura Bannier decided her city needed a running space entirely for women. What started with her closest friends has grown to around 40 regular runners, from first-timers to seasoned athletes. The crew's philosophy is simple: community over competition, always. Every pace is welcome, every achievement celebrated, and no one is ever made to feel like they do not belong. The friendships forged here go well beyond the final kilometre. Every weekend, rain or shine, the crew heads out on relaxed medium-distance runs through Metz, organized on WhatsApp and open to newcomers finding them on Instagram and Strava.
