Steel City 12 Hour Run & Ruck

Join the WOLF PACK for a Memorial Day trail 5K and 10K in Caesar Creek State Park. A large sprawling lake, sunny meadows, and a wooded ravine await visitors at Caesar Creek. Come run with us!

Each participant receives a custom race bib, Hammer Nutrition fueling supplies, a souvenir race medal, access to discounted race swag, a certified/timed course, accurate/posted results, and access to a fantastic group of outdoor adventurers.

All races start near the Cedar Point Group Camp (OH-73, Waynesville, OH 45068).

The Buckeye Triathlon and Multisport Festival has something for everyone, including all ages and ability levels! Races include beginner, sprint, olympic, and ⅓ iron distances in triathlons, duathlons, aquabikes, and aquathlons, with various open swim distances. Racers call this race one of the best events in Ohio because of our positive, friendly community of support! It's a small race with a big race atmosphere. Plus there is free training help, along with awesome performance tees in gender-specific cuts, in-race pictures, finisher medals, and a post-race meal! Race assured that we will ensure the safety of all athletes, have medical support and law enforcement on site, adhere to all Federal, State and Local ordinances, so you can achieve your goals! All are welcome; come out and race with us!

Race Venue

The Buckeye Triathlon and Multisport Festival will take place at Caesar Creek State Park Beach in Waynesville, Ohio, which is a short drive North of Cincinnati and South of Dayton. Packet Pick-up, and the Start/Finish Lines will be at the beachfront just North of the Park office, found at 8570 OH-73, Waynesville, OH 45068. Enter the park and drive all the way into the park to the last (Northernmost) parking lot at the Beachfront. There is plenty of parking at the beachfront, and all the race festivities will be in the grass down by the Beach. Look for the tents and banners.

Let’s hear it for the band!!

You are cordially invited to the Kettering Fairmont Band Boosters 2nd Annual Band on the Run 5k Walk/Run event that aims at promoting fitness, community engagement, school spirit, but most of all….FUN!

Join us on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at Kettering Fairmont High School located at 3301 Shroyer Road. Kettering, Ohio. Feel free to march, walk, run, jog or even skip through the 5k course set up on the grounds of Kettering Fairmont High School. The race is set to begin at 10 a.m. from door 2 (near the main entrance of the high school). The cost is $40 for participants 12 & up; $30 for kids under 12. Your registration includes a BOTR participant t-shirt if registered by May 13. If you don't care for a shirt, pick the no shirt option and save $10. (On site registration will be available on day of event. Limited t-shirts will also be available for purchase).

This is a “fun”draising event created to support over 800 students participating in the bands (concert, marching, jazz, athletic, indoor percussion, symphonic & wind symphony) and color guard programs at Kettering schools in grades 6-12. Because financial support is vital, all funds raised will help with instrument & uniform maintenance & repair, music & show development, band camp, travel expenses and much more.

Become a part of a great event with an even greater cause…celebrating and assisting the talented, dedicated and hardworking band and color guard members. There will be raffle baskets, door prizes, vendors, food trucks and novelty treats available—something for everyone to enjoy!

LOVE like JJ 5K Run and Walk

On June 6, 2026 we will be hosting our Annual LOVE like JJ 5k to benefit LOVE like JJ! This year’s event will again have both In Person and Virtual options, you can walk or run - however and wherever it works best for you! Our event was created to celebrate JJ's bright light, and fundraise so LOVE like JJ can continue spreading joy and supporting children in our community.

Benefit:

Race proceeds will go to support the great work of LoveLikeJJ, a 501(c)(3) organization. Love like JJ believes the best investment we can make is in our children and to ensure they all have fulfilled basic needs and the opportunity to succeed. Their goal is to engage the local community and to provide practical support to bring lasting improvements to their lives.

Money raised through the LOVE like JJ 5k will go toward continuing to support these initiatives.

Now through April 15, 2026: $30 for Adults. $20 for Kids 17 and under.

April 16 through Race Day: $35 for Adults. $25 for Kids 17 and under.

Everyone who registers by May 13, 2026 will receive a special LOVE like JJ 5k 2026 shirt. Please note, early registration date has been established to ensure t-shirts are received in a timely manner for printing and distribution prior to race day. Any registration after May 13 is not guaranteed a t-shirt.

Chip Timing: This year's 5K event will be timed using MyLaps Disposable bib tags. The chip will be on the bib number. No need to turn in pull tags or return the timing chip.

The 5K will include chip timing.
