    Tour de Dirt is a nonprofit mountain bike race series run by racers for racers, celebrating Dirt. Community. Oklahoma. We host competitive, timed XC races across Oklahoma, with divisions for all ages and skill levels. A core part of our mission is Kids Kup, our youth program for riders 12 & under that helps grow the next generation of Oklahoma cyclists. As the longest‑running mountain bike series in the U.S., Tour de Dirt is proud to support local trails, riders, and communities across our state.

    🏁 How to Race

    All racers are required to make a one‑time $25 purchase for a season race plate with an integrated timing chip (replacements only needed if lost or damaged). Please note: this purchase is separate from race registration. 👉 Still need yours? Be sure to grab your Tour de Dirt plate before race day.

    This beloved Independence Day tradition brings together runners, walkers, families, and community supporters for a morning of fitness, fun, and community spirit.

    The Fireball Classic features:

    Participants of all ages and skill levels are welcome, and many runners make this race part of their July 4th holiday tradition.

    Proceeds from the Fireball Classic support the Back to School Basics program organized by Ada Sunrise Rotary. Each year, this initiative provides school supplies to hundreds of area students, helping ensure they begin the school year prepared for success.

    Seek Running Company Stay. 5K is a community‑focused run built to bring people together, celebrate movement, and create real impact in Oklahoma. This year’s event will take place at Wintersmith Park in Ada, OK on September 19, 2026, with half of all net earnings donated to suicide prevention initiatives at the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

    This is our first year hosting the Stay. 5k Run, and we’re offering both a 2.5K and a 5K option. The 2.5K is one lap around the course—perfect for anyone who wants a shorter distance, is new to running, or simply prefers a lighter effort. The 5K will follow the same lap twice.

    The course is beginner‑friendly and welcoming to all paces—runners, walkers, families, and anyone who wants to show up for a meaningful cause. Whether you’re chasing a personal best or taking your first steps into the running world, you’ll be part of something bigger than a race.

    What to Expect

    • Scenic 2.5K & 5k laps around Wintersmith Park

    • Two distance options:

    2.5K Fun Run — one lap

    5K Fun Run — two laps

    • Fun run format — no chip timing

    • A visible time clock at the start/finish so participants can track their own time

    • Perfect for setting a personal best using the clock, Strava, or any device you prefer

    • Event shirt and finisher item included with registration

    • Supportive, community‑first atmosphere with volunteers and music
