Welcome to the second event of the Kentucky Road Racing Series; Road to Nationals! Each day will earn points for our series championship and there will be an awards ceremony on Sunday for those who compete all three days! Kick things off with a night time criterium in downtown Morehead, Kentucky presented by Sawstone Brewing. A road race in historic Carlisle, Kentucky starting and finishing on Main St in front of the historic courthouse. Wrap up the weekend with a shorter road race on Sunday at Turtleback Ridge Brewery.

We are offering a cash purse for Categories 1/2 and 3 with equal payout to Men and Women. Other categories will be eligible for cash prizes based on the number of registered riders in their category.

Anyone wanting to race for cash prizes must participate in the criterium to be eligible

Men’s 1/2/3- $500 payout with a minimum of 15 racers, less than 15 racers and no cash payout, 30 or more racers and it will increase to $1,000

Women’s 1/2/3- $500 payout with minimum of 10 racers, less than 10 and no payout, 20 or more and it will increase to $1,000

    Sun, Sep 13, 2026 at 7:45 AM

The Susan Bradley-Cox Tri for Sight will be hosted by The Club at UK’s Spindletop Hall, on Sunday, September 13, 2026. The USAT-sanctioned event features a 400-meter swim in a heated, outdoor pool

with a time trial start on 15-second intervals. The duathletes will instead be treated to a relatively flat, fast and scenic 2-mile run behind and beside Spindletop. Both Tri and Du events will then transition to a 12.6-mile bike course on low-traffic roads in the beautiful horse country located just east of the Kentucky Horse Park. The Tri and Du events both finish with a 3 mile run.

The aqua-bike will have the same format as the triathlon for the swim and bike stages. ATTENTION: Aqua-bike athletes timing will end upon re-entering the transition area after the bike stage.

Aqua-run athletes will start the swim once the last triathlete/aqua-biker is out of the pool and then do the same swim course, followed by a quick transition and out onto the 3-mile run course.

Must register by Wednesday, July 29, 2026 to ensure you receive your desired shirt size.
