2026 Miles for Migraine Support & Community Groups

Migraine is much more than a headache. Because few realize that it’s a neurobiological disease, people with migraine may experience stigma and discrimination. You may feel isolated and shamed, as if no one understands. Our Migraine Community Groups bring together the people just like you to connect, discover and share. We provide helpful resources and supportive discussions to help you better navigate life with migraine.

Each group is professionally facilitated by a licensed therapist or trained group leader who will guide the discussion in a safe, supportive and private environment. Explore topics like Isolation, Battling Stigma, Communication with Family and Friends, and Advocating for Better Care. Group sizes are limited to allow each person the chance to share and grow.

Meetings offered weekly, online. See schedule/options below

Escape to the mountains this summer for a long weekend of trail running, hiking, and connection in beautiful with a group of women who get it. We'll be based in a riverside home in Buena Vista, Colorado—just steps from Main Street, local trails, and surrounded by the kind of mountain views that make you remember why you do this.

Each day, we'll head out for an adventure on the trails, with options ranging from 10–20 miles depending on your goals and how you're feeling. Some will run, some will hike, and many will do a mix — there's no "right" way to move through the mountains, and no pressure to perform. The highlight of the camp will be a group hike/run on Hope Pass or one of the 14ers in the Sawatch range (final itinerary based on the group and weather). We'll close out the weekend with a shorter shakeout run before heading home.

Off the trails, we'll share meals, relax by the river, and soak in the laid-back mountain town energy that makes Buena Vista so special. Expect good conversation, honest miles, and the kind of friendships that form when women push themselves somewhere beautiful together.

Think of it as part summer camp, part trail running getaway — a space to train hard, recover well, and leave feeling more like yourself than when you arrived.

The Grin & Bear It is Crested Butte’s oldest trail challenge. Historically presented as a sprint to Green Lake and back, this classic event has evolved to offer a 25k Loop competition while still maintaining the traditional 15k race.

New in 2025, the Grin and Bear it BIKE! This route will follow the 25k run route, excluding the .7 miles to Green Lake and back. This challenging route is roughly 14.83 miles with just under 4k feet of climbing.

Note- there is minimal swag and no podium awards for this event.
