Navigate Recovery Gwinnett's 12th Annual 5K Run and Walk for Recovery

Please join us for this opportunity to celebrate recovery wellness and raise awareness.

Welcome to the recovery community, family members, providers, and recovery allies who play such an important role in recovery! Join us for this day of fun and collaboration. We are so grateful for your help!

All proceeds and fundraising efforts help us continue our mission to serve families impacted by addiction, connecting them to the resources they need and removing barriers that prevent them from getting and staying well.

RUNNING VIRTUAL: Run from anywhere in the world, alone or with your team. Pricing includes mailing your T-shirt.

Celebration/In Honor of Signage: Celebrate the recovery of someone or honor someone you have lost. This signage will be created for you and placed in a prominant position on the run course. We will need your important dates and a photo of your loved one. You can pick up your sign after the 5k or we will use it year after year.

    Why run from the spirits when you can take them with you! The sixth annual Spooky Spirit 5K, organized by the team behind the award-winning Beer Chaser, offers 5k and Suwanee Wine Fest, is a Cocktails and Costumes twist on the traditional 5K. This timed, Peachtree Road Race qualifying event is fitting for anyone, whether you are a competitive runner trying to beat your personal record, or you’re simply looking to sip and stroll with your closest cocktail loving friends. Just choose the ticket that channels your Halloween spirit - either non-stop or with Spirit stops - and we’ll all cheers together at the finish line!

    The 5K will start and end at Suwanee Town Center Park. For those who purchase a ticket with “spirits", you’ll be able to pause at each of the five Spirit Stations (hello, liquid refreshment) along the course and hydrate with a 3 ounce cocktail sample. Each Spirit Station will feature a different cocktail and theme, guaranteed to be more treat than trick. For those who opt to run straight through without Spirit stops, don't fear, we have you covered - ALL runners (over 21) will get to enjoy a full cocktail at the end of the race.

    Prizes will be awarded after the race for the Most Spirited costumes, so come dressed in your most festive running gear! Awards will go to (1) best female costume, (2) best male costume and (3) best group costume

    Need to walk off some of that alcohol? There will be vendors and sponsor booths waiting for you at the finish line!

    Every runner will also get to take home an official Spooky Spirits 5K shirt, medal and souvenir glass to brag about your well-deserved accomplishment.

    *All runners who participate in cocktail sampling must be 21 years or older and show a valid ID day of the race

    EquiSol Race Series (A Park for All Seasons) - Fall Equinox 5k

    Welcome to the new race series in 2026 benefitting the Gwinnett Parks Foundation.

    This race is the 3rd of 4 races in the series with one in each quarter falling on or close to the Equinox or Solstice. Each medal will magnetically link together to create a large medal map of Gwinnett County and its parks so do miss out to run all 4 races. (if you do happen to miss one and we have left over medals, we will open up a virtual option for you to run and receive your missing medal to create you full larger medal)

    Due to having to order the medals early for all 4 events, the first 200 runners will receive medals on site. If we have additional runners we will order more and have them shipped to you (or you can pick up when ready)

    Also you will receive a $20 refund if you refer 5 others.

    Performance Race Services and the Gwinnett Park Foundation have teamed up to give you the opportunity to explore 4 of the many parks that Gwinnett has to offer.

    The Gwinnett Parks Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to assist the needs, whether volunteer labor, or monetary, of Gwinnett Parks & Recreation. The foundation was organized in 2001 to improve the quality of life for all of its citizens by working in cooperation with Gwinnett County Parks & Recreation, private citizens, businesses, foundations, and the Gwinnett County government.
