You will receive an email with the Verification Instructions to MoveZenGo prior to the event start date. If you use gmail, please be aware that gmail will often send emails from [email protected] to your "promotions" folder rather than your inbox. If you don't see the email in your inbox, PLEASE check your "promotions" and "spam" folders.

The Race Across California is a 100 day virtual challenge taking you from the California & Nevada border west to the Pacific Ocean! Participants can choose to walk/run, bike, row/paddle or swim. When you sign up you are automatically entered to participate in one or all of the categories.

Customize your SWAG (Save up to $14): Registration includes a California themed race shirt, finisher medal & necklace. If you don't want all the swag you can decline items during registration. Each item will reduce your entry fee by the following amount:

    No Shirt: Save $8

    No Medal: Save $3

    No Necklace: Save $3

    INDIVIDUAL VS RELAY

**As an INDIVIDUAL you will complete your virtual challenge on your own, however you can affiliate yourself with a group, club or training team by designating a team/affiliation name. This will allow you to search for your group in each of the leaderboards. Please note for the INDIVIDUAL category this will NOT total your team miles together. Participants who register as a RELAY TEAM will have their miles added together as a team on the 600 Mile Walk/Run/Hike Relay Team Leaderboard. All relay team participants are also included in the individual 200 mile walk/run category. You will get to see your team progress on the 600 mile leaderboard and your individual progress on the 200 mile leaderboard. Grab your friends and participate against other teams in the Relay and still get to participate as individuals. There are no relay teams for the bike, row/paddle or swim categories.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES ACCESS TO ALL THE DISTANCES

You can record your results manually or by syncing your favorite GPS app or watch. When you record your results, MoveZenGo will automatically add them to the correct leaderboard based on how you classify your miles. Walk/Run miles will go to the walk/run leaderboard, bike miles will go to the Bike leaderboard, etc.

Unseen Run Club was founded by Justin in January 2023 with a simple observation: San Francisco's running scene didn't reflect the city's actual diversity. He built something different from the ground up. Running belongs to everyone, regardless of ethnicity, body type, or ability, and that principle sits at the foundation, not the margins. Around forty members now gather weekly, bringing different backgrounds, paces, and stories. The mix is the entire point. Conversations on the run go places that most social settings never reach. Every Tuesday at 6:15pm, the crew meets at Beulah Street and Stanyan Street for five to ten kilometre runs through Golden Gate Park and the streets surrounding it.

Founders Running Club started in San Francisco in June 2022 when Tim, a startup founder, decided running and entrepreneurial culture should share the same ecosystem. What began as a small group quickly expanded into a thriving community of founders, investors, builders, creators, and curious minds united by the belief that great communities compound over time. Weekly runs launch from the William McKinley Monument, splitting into 5K and 10K groups that trace past Golden Gate Bridge views and through San Francisco's most storied neighborhoods. The crew operates on the same principles that build successful startups, openness and collaboration define the experience. No gatekeeping, no cliques, just people running together and building something meaningful at the intersection of movement and ambition.

Golden Gate Running Club has been gathering runners across San Francisco since 2001, creating a tight-knit community that celebrates fitness and friendship in equal measure. Founded on the belief that running with others, at any pace, is the whole point, the club welcomes everyone from marathon trainers to casual conversational joggers. With around 130 members strong, Golden Gate Running Club anchors its community through two weekly signature runs: Wednesdays at Kezar Stadium for track practice and Sundays starting at the Warming Hut on Crissy Field. From these iconic San Francisco locations to the city's most beautiful streets, the crew runs together, united by enthusiasm and a shared love of their city.
