This isn’t your average 5K. It’s your chance to “Get Lost” with us (not literally—we do have K9s for that 😉). Join a community of misfits, movers, walkers, runners, and dog lovers for a day filled with laughter, good vibes, and a whole lot of heart.

Same Day Registration - Running late or forgot to register? No worries, we offer same-day registration for $30.00. Same-day registration opens at 9 am, and race shirts are not guaranteed.

Awards:

5K Run awards will be given to the top male and female overall finishers

5K Run awards will be given to the top male and female finishers in each age group:

14 and under, 15-19, 10-year age groups to 70 and over

5K Walker awards will be given to the top male and female overall finishers

5K Walkers awards will be given to the top male and female finishers in each age group:

14 and under, 15-19, 10-year age groups to 70 and over

5K CANINE Awards will be given to the top dog!

A USA Triathlon sanctioned event, held in beautiful Chautauqua County with two courses- The Big Fish and the Little Fish!

The LITTLE Fish course is a great short course! Little Fish is a perfect course for those who just want to throw in a line before they get hooked! Also a great short course for those who are just warming up for their summer season.

5K Run (3.1 miles)

Take on the Big Fish course! Big Fish is an Olympic distance triathlon consists of a:

1500m Swim (.93 miles)

40K Bike (24.8 miles)

10K Run (6.2 miles)

Run a 2.25 mile (Approx) grass, mud, and gravel path around an abandoned golf course (the Gospel Hill Golf Club course owned by Penn State Behrend). Time? From Sunrise to Sunset on the longest Saturday of the year!

Half of every registration will be donated to the Behrend Cross Country program.

This is a self-supported ultra run, very similar to the ERC Personal Endurance Classic.

Course is a 2.25 mile loop. Expect some mud, a little side-hill, plenty of grass, a couple of hills (one of which you WILL walk down). Shade, open fields, wildflowers, and wildlife.

Do as many laps as you want.

This annual race is in memory of our dear friend Dave McDonald.

Dave loved to run, he loved the Heron, and he loved music.

This well-marked route is both challenging and fun, and will satisfy new

and experienced runners and walkers of all ages.
